Daniel and the crew are exceptionally awesome! Thank you SOOO much for taking care of me and my vehicle. It's hard to find an autoshop we can trust and Pep Boys BF is definitely the place I feel comfortable at. Thank you to the skilled tech who replaced my car parts; you saved me a lot of money and time. The auto services were very fast, not even half a day. I really like the text updates with pics of each inspection which provides a usage scale. Extremely organized and professional but veryyy friendly shop. In Bakersfield this is the only place I trust to handle my vehicle. Daniel, it was a pleasure talking to you and thank you for being so detailed with my car parts with constant updates and research! I want to thank Jose and Jesus. I didn't realize how bad my tire was. I was going out of town the following morning for my daughters proposal. They stayed and replaced all 4 tires. Thank you. They were heroes.

Worst possible service imaginable. Go anywhere for a new tire EXCEPT pep boys. 2+ hours on hold to tell me they don't have my tire after it was supposed to have been ordered last month.
