Had a valve stem issue at 6:30am on a Saturday. We stopped at this Pep Boys to wait until they opened. The Most amazing woman helped us before they even opened their doors, just doing a friendly deed, and had us on our way in less than 5 minutes. We are 700 miles from home with a little in the backseat and the staff at this shop just saved our trip. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Lorena and Chris are the best hands down great technicians. Great customer service. Honestly, the entire crew up here at Pep Boys in Trussville is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Sometimes they may have a wait or they might be a little short staffed but that's not their fault and honestly is everywhere these days so be prepared to wait sometimes.

Came in with a knot in my tire on the outer wall. Forgive me for not remembering the guys name but he checked my tires and advised me that I had to replace that tire. I had just bought tires earlier this year in May. He said based on company policy and because the sales affect me, you need two new tires BUT because you just bought new tires and the others don't show any wear, you can purchase just one tire. I appreciated this because he placed my needs as a customer above profits and ensured that I had what I needed prior to leaving. The service was fantastic and he got me in and out very quickly. I've used the Trussville Pep Boys location for years and it is always a pleasurable experience. Expensive but pleasurable. Needless to say this particular time deserved a 5 star rating from me because its rare that you find people who will truly address the customers needs and prioritize them above profits. For that I'm grateful.

The Sales personnel clearly explained my various tire purchasing options, and informed me of the exact price, of each option. The Service Technician ( Roy ) carefully completed the mounting of my new tires, in a very efficient, and timely manner. He also informed me that my vehicle needed the rear brakes replaced soon, to keep from any damage being done to the rear rotors, which I greatly appreciated. I am very pleased with the Cooper tires that I purchased, as well as my transaction experience with this Pep Boys facility.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Called after 2.5 hours and they hadn't even started on my vehicle! I know for a fact it was second in line because the gentleman at the counter handed the technician my folder at the same time he handed him the one for the car in front of mine. Came back and my car hadn't moved. Finally got it in at 2 hours and 50 minutes 😡 Over 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous!

I had a suddenly-noticed tire sidewall defect. I brought the car in to my reliable (and always very reasonable) Pep Boys -- they took care of the replacing and associated tests/calibrations and provided a ride to my work and back to Pep Boys when the car was ready. Very trustworthy go-to's in car care!

I wasn't sure about how to rate this service because we hit some "bumps" in the repair - however, Steven (and Lorena on final day) were always very courteous and made sure that I was taken care of and that the "bumps" were corrected with no additional cost (repair parts were under warranty). Thank you, Pep Boys, Trussville!!!

This is by far the sorriest Pepboys I have ever went to. They can’t order simple replacement parts for simple insurance claims.All I needed was a replacement tire and rim for a dodge ram truck. They gave me a mismatch rim and told me that’s all they could do. The rim looked like they got it from a salvage.Warning if you value your vehicle don’t take it to that location.

Took my truck for a front alignment,I left with my truck pulling to the opposite side. Took it back for ANOTHER alignment to straighten up the previous alignment that they didn’t get correct. Was told they couldn’t calibrate my steering wheel which I’ve NEVER heard when I’ve gotten my truck aligned! I WOULD NOT recommend this location and won’t be going back to the Trussville location again for ANYTHING

Everyone was so helpful - i loved my service here - quick and efficient ! I have been recently driving a lot and whenever I would get my car checked somewhere else ,they never really did a full check . Pepboys will really check your car and will inform you on whats going on and will educate you even if you do not know much about cars !!!! Lorena,Steven & Dj are awesome 💜 and have plenty of experience.

Jordan, Tommy and the gang have been very helpful with all my recent service needs. They communicate my options clearly and actually took the time to help find quality, less expensive parts to help make my repairs more affordable. Walked in at 7 a.m. needing a battery and lady was rude, said if I didn't have a reservation it would be 1 hour before she could help me and would not even tell me how much or if they had one.7-18-24

Broke down at the Buc-ees on the 4th of July. Got a tow to this Pepboys as they were open. (Very thankful). We stayed across the street at the Hampton Inn and they diagnosed and fixed the throttle body before noon the next day. The service advisor Stan is truly the man.
