Disgusting customer service. Made a 1pm appointment and was there for 4hrs for a tire change. People came after us and left before us until we were the last people to be serviced. When addressing it with agents, we were given a nasty attitude with combativeness. I believe we were taken advantage of, and I will be sure to take all measures as customer to bring forth accountability. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL LOCATION!

My car was left in the parking area all week. No work was done. Everyday I called because I wasn’t getting any update. I was told each time it wasn’t ready yet from different advisors. On Friday night (after it was there a week and I paid $600 to rent a vehicle) I was told they were waiting for me to contact BMW. They told me in the beginning of the week they would contact my warranty company and the work would be done by Pep Boys or BMW. Depending on arrangements Pep Boys makes with BMW.

The people are nice at the front but when I went to pick up my car they just gave me a report. I asked to see the mechanic so I could talk through his suggested repairs but they said they were too busy to walk me through their report. I mentioned I was having issues with my headlights and I feel like they just brushed it off and said to come back for an electrical inspection. This was the main reason I came in! I prop won’t be coming back.

I have used this business for more than 10 years to service my car. My most recent visit was very disappointing to say the least. Service staff - no good morning or thank you. A basic of customer service. They were rude and treated customers like commodities. There didn’t seem to be anyone in charge and half the staff were multi-tasking while the other half were standing around making everything take twice as long. The whole experience was annoying and felt exploitative. I will no be going back there again.

I went to the Brooklyn 4 Avenue store and what should have been a simple tire balance and rotation plus brake flush took way to long, I was called and told my vehicle was ready and come to find out brake flush was not done because rep who checked me in forgot to put it in. I ask him to please get it done and it was another hour waiting around. I ask where the rep was and I was told he's probably on a break yet my car is just sitting in the lot. When I finally saw him I said forget it and left an hour later than I should have. Why is he going to put me in the back of the line when it was his mistake, very dissapointed. I came in at 9:30 am to get out early and due to this unprofessional behavior I left to pick up my wife late. Update, had to bring car back two more times to get steering wheel centered after alignment that was done on my first visit. They said my steering rack was bad but honestly I never had problems with alignment, it was just two years since my last one so since I was there... I really didn't want to keep coming back but steering wheel was bugging me a lot. It's finally back the way it was so hopefully I can stay away from this shop. My steering is quiet as a mouse, smooth and giving no problems so I'm moving on to another shop after warranty for repair is up.

It was a nice visit to Pep Boys, i purchased new tires and installed by them. They also did alignment, which made my steering wheel pretty flexible now. Kelly was my technician, who is really great. Kelly also advised me to do the brake service, but i had not enough time. Although I'm planning to visit soon to complete the brake service. Huge thanks to Joseph, who gave me a discount :) . I will recommend their service and love to visit whenever i need to.

Workers are polite and willing to help. Definitely gave me all the details i needed. I always go to this specific location (in Brooklyn) because they tell you all your options and prices beforehand. Wait times can sometimes be long but overall, great service.

Have been several times for an oil change. To my understanding, job is done well. The free inspection that comes with the job is not always completed. I always schedule an appointment and it still takes 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change.
