I called this morning about my car and they said they weren't busy, so I came in. I've been waiting almost 3 hours for them to just look at my car to see if there's a coolant leak. Not fix anything, just look at it. Meanwhile there's like 5 workers in the waiting area chilling out and joking around. Not coming here again.

I recently dropped my car off for service and was advised I would receive a call later that day with the diagnosis. Unfortunately, I never received that call. I phoned them the next morning and learned my car had not yet been worked on. Two hours later I decided drop in and get an update and my car was still parked in the same spot I left it in yesterday. There were at least 4-5 employees in lobby area and one who was actually checking out a customer. The others were simply holding up the wall. You have lost a $3000.00 job, and a longtime customer. Years ago, you had a service team that not only cared about the cars, but the customers. The people working there now are too busy having fun instead of doing their jobs.

This place is awful, They had my car for almost 3 months last year, couldn’t fix it, it was broken into while left outside overnight, items were stolen they did not replace said items and not a single employee deserves to be in the automotive field. I’ve ran shops for 10 years and this is exactly the type of shop that gives the industry a bad name. From the CEO down this company is an absolute joke in the automotive industry, and for good reasons. Please stay away from the entire pep boys organization. They work here because they aren’t qualified to work for a higher tier operation.

My inspection was a great experience at Pep Boys. David and Jalen were AWESOME. I got in without an appointment and they expedited the whole process. I will be back. These guys need a raise!!

I received great service at Pep Boys South blvd. I made an appointment on Saturday at 10am I went in for a oil change and to find out why the check engine light was on. I got the oil change then they ran the test to find out why the check engine light was on and then They talked it over with me and what they recommended. Fixed that. Caleb helped me and he was super friendly and gave me the best options and I was able to get what I needed done that day and it was all done in a timely manner by 2pm. and now my car is running great!!

Terrible do not take your car here! There is no heat in there there are 20 employees in there doing absolutely nothing but conversation. Had my car in there for over 2 hours and i was the only one in there.

Great customer service.OV was very honest about my time frame and friendly . The teddy bear tech. ( don’t know his name) was fast and did not oversell things I didn’t need and even washed my much need windshield 🥰

I lost over 5 hours last week this place is horrible service from 12 45 and finally 5:20 p.m. this workers there I'm sorry it's not available to make it today to change the tires. People don't lose your time I'm never again!!

My car was in pep boys possession. The guy tells me he's going to pull my car into the shop so my catalytic converter doesn't get stolen. They don't pull it in and my car gets broken into with multiple items stolen out of my trunk. After leaving my phone number, nobody ever called me. I had to call them every time. They never did a police report. I called the police myself only to find out they've had multiple cars broken into days after mine was

Please don't waste your time, today I took my car at 12 o'clock in the day to change tires, they gave me an estimated 2 and a half hours, I came back at 3 pm and my car was still where I had left it, they told me that in 30 min I would be ready, I decided to wait so that at 5:30 pm they would tell me we're sorry we can't attend it today I'll come back another day, it's serious!!!! I would never come back . it's a lack of respect and commitment this place they play with something super valuable the TIME . They're the worst.

This is by far the worse ever place I have ever been to. I came here for one nail in my tire and was here for 3 hours. All of the workers were just chilling around doing nothing. Taking there time I have videos and will post them all over to show people what you guys do with people cars. Also the manager there just tried to attack me for asking why my car is raking so long when they had it just sitting there ready. I am making a police report now

This place us terrible!! Don't ever bring your car here!! I brought my Buick Vista here just to repair my flat tire,had a nail in ut. And I sat fir 2hrs before they even touched my car. And they went under my hood because they said it was protocol. Which did not make sense at all. All I needed them to do is change my tired. I got their before 7pm they close at 7:30pm and I'm still here and it's 8:53pm. Bad for Business. Wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Waiting time was a little high But had a good experience otherwise. Folks were very friendly and honest. Showed and explained the problems in detail and displayed very good levels of skill and courtesy.

Extremely slow service. Went in to get a tire patched and they patched and charged me when there was another hole leaking on the side wall. I asked if they could deduct the price of the patch if I bought a new tire because it shouldn’t have been patched in the first place and what do you think they said? Not a shot!

Great team, they worked on my vehicle and the gentleman named Dwayne went above and beyond for me to get me in and out as soon as he could, even brought me back there to show me the issue with the car because my tire was messed up, you could tell they were working really hard back there, And doing the best with the amount of people that they had!! I give them tons of credit!! Thank you guys so much for everything. I really appreciate it.!!!

ITEMS STOLEN from our vehicle when we picked it up. When following up about this, we were told “they’re looking into it” with no updates after a week. Horrible communication through the entire process. What should have been a one day fix per the company turned into a 3 week mess with the car having more problems when we picked up from when we dropped it off. Would never take a vehicle here again and would never recommend this location to anyone

Sat in the waiting room for about 5-6 hours just for a brake pad change to be done on my car, I asked for both the pads and an oil change to be done apparently they just forgot to do the oil change entirely and acted like I didn’t even ask for that service to be done? So I sat for hours just for the pads to be changed which shouldn’t even take that long maybe an hour tops with an oil change but they didn’t even do that at the same time, I had to ask them if they did the oil change to which who I believe the manager checked and realized they didn’t. The manager is a joke of a manager in my opinion how do you expect me to want to pay for the oil after you forgot to have it done and after I’ve sat there since 10:55 and yes I did book an appointment so I don’t know what the issue was. Only gave me 20% of an oil change which was still 72$? What type of oil change did they do? I do not recommend coming here for a service seems all they can do in a timely manner is a state inspection. You are better off buying the tools yourself and doing the job on your own.

They patched my tire, when I left to go put it back on myself there was still a hole in it in a different area. I brought it back in to see if they would help me and they told me that because I rolled it in myself that they wouldn’t fix it, nor would they take the 31$ off I just paid them to patch it if I bought a new tire. He then proceeded to slam the door in my face and be rude to me. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION.

Yesterday, I had an appointment to change the front brakes in my car. I already knew I needed new breaks, which is why I made the appointment. I had called before going to my appointment to make sure the service for standard breaks was indeed $159.99, the special they are currently running. Once I got there, I let the attendant know I was there for my 1:30 app, which he said I was a little early for. 1:23 pm is not precisely that early, but anyhow. I told him I was there for the change of brakes, and he looked up my info and took my plate# and mileage. They took my keys and didn’t tell me how long it would take. I sat down with my son with no problem. I looked at the app, and it said the mechanic was working on my car, and it would be done at 2:30. My son, who is 4, is getting wrestles now, and it’s 2:45. There was no communication from anyone. I walk over to ask how much longer it will take to complete the change for the breaks, and he says, “Oh no, I'm waiting for the evaluation to come back to see what you need. At that point, I got pissed; if I scheduled an appointment for a break change, how are you going to tell me after all this time it was for an evaluation. I ended up paying $60; otherwise, they wouldn’t give me my car. I had to leave because my other son was getting out of school. I couldn’t sit another hour and a half to have my breaks changed when that’s what I went there for initially, all around terrible customer service. Definitely will be disputing the $60.

The remodel is very nice. Also their employees have really good customer service. OV was very helpful with a situation knowledgeable and pleasant. Great employee!
