I recently visited this Pep Boys, and while I couldn't complete the work at their shop due to my insurance, I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mike. He was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Mike's honesty and willingness to assist left a great impression on me. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable place to get work done on your car, I highly recommend this location. I would definitely return in the future because of the excellent customer service. Thanks again, Mike!

I am more than satisfied with the level of service I received. Michael specifically went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. His professionalism and concern should be the standard at all Pep Boys. I also had a warm reception from Elliott when picking up my vehicle. Also, thank you to the hidden MVP’s that serviced my vehicle. Great job guys!!!!

I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars only because of Mike. He is the assistant manager at this location. He took care of my brakes and put in new ones. Mike understands the customer frustration and is willing to go above and beyond. Worst place to service your car. STAY AWAY!! I spent $900 and got my brake pads and rotors replaced with them, but my car brakes keep squeaking every time I brake. I had to go 3 times before they replaced the front brakes with "upgraded" brake pads, which they should have put in all my four rotors to begin with because I chose the premium package. However, the rear brakes still squeak, and afraid going in for the fourth time, they said there is nothing they can do about it, even though they have a warranty of 3 months.

It was easy to set up an appointment for service! The car was taken around 830am and my service was done before 1pm. I had new tires and alignment and brake fluid flush.Great and quick service.

Picked up my car and there was McDonald's trash in it. The seat and the music was changed. Someone there was driving around in my car. Management said they had no idea, they would look into it and call me. No one called.

Customer service was great, we walked in on a Sunday two days before Christmas for a full Change of tires on two cars at 9am. All 3 of the people on duty were super helpful with great attitudes and they did a great job both on the mechanic side and the cashier side.

I came in for service for my tires and was taken care quickly. Mike assisted and resolved the problem and I was very impressed and satisfied. All the guys working there was readily available and assisted me until Mike became available.Thank you for your service and your kindness.

I went in for a tire rotation and to patch a tire. Extremely slow service and the tire patch was done very sloppy. I would never come here again!

Today I visited Pep Boys at 6811 W Grand Ave, Chicago, IL 60707 for a battery replacement. An associate later presented me with my car emblem, claiming it had fallen off due to a pre-existing condition. I requested to see the security footage, but after a 20-minute delay, I was told that the mechanics had put my new battery in closed my hood and then started my car and that’s when the emblem came off. ( doesn’t make sense) The associate refused to show me the footage, advising me to contact the police. I subsequently filed a police report (report number and intend to follow up with a detective if this matter is not resolved. .
