I came in Pep Boys today 1/25/25 to get my vehicle looked at regarding the check engine light & nail in my back rear tire. My appointment was at 10am. The employee tells me at 12:25pm that they don't have the part for my vehicle and it's on back order and won't be ready for 30+ days!! They had my vehicle on the inspection stand for over 2 hours. They didn't think to contact their supply department until hours later. NOBODY apologized to me regarding the wait or the miscommunication on THEIR end. Now I have to take my vehicle someplace else and sit for several hours again because they didn't check this out when I first got here & they knew what the problem was. There was also a young lady who was waiting for over 2 hours when I arrived for an oil change and they didn't even start on her vehicle & misplaced her keys. The wait time is usually two hours or more every time I come here. It's ridiculous. I won't be coming here again.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to check your car out and fixed the issue correctly. I definitely will never go any other place to get my car fixed or looked at. It is worth every penny and they do it right. Lina is the best make sure you speak with her!!! 10/10…. 100%

Had gone to get new winter tires installed. A little misunderstanding of tires not being in stock later , They took care of me. Got delivered the next day but the fills were very helpful and friendly.
