Both Ivan’s had great customer service! I came there from Wisconsin with A headlight that was out. He got me in and out very quickly. Very nice service. I will definitely come back! Keep up the good work!!!

I had a great experience at this location. Both of my vehicles were serviced even though one was scheduled for later in the week. They were able to get both vehicles back in great condition in only a few hours. They were very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to visit this location for all of my car repairs and maintenance!

You know customer service is top notch when I drove from Plainfield to this exact location for some tire /rim issues I had. Ivan, Javy, and Jorge were all extremely helpful and patient. They made me feel very comfortable and explained thoroughly what they would be doing. Job done GREAT! And customer service is amazing. Even though I have pep boys locations in my area I would still drive out to this one in the future. The pep boys out here don’t do a lot of the services they do and don’t have the great customer service they do.

I been going to this pep boys for years now and they offer the best service. It was suggested to me by my father when I moved to Chicago. The customer service makes you feel like family and whenever there is something major wrong with your vehicle the give you all the details so you can make the important decisions. Will continue to go to Pep Boys for the great experience and would recommend to anyone who wants a dedicated place to take their vehicle

I went in to get tires installed and after an initial inspection of my vehicle, they informed me I should not wait long to get brakes. After showing me my brakes, I had them installed as well. My appointment was at 5pm and I was out of there by 6:15. The entire staff was nice , but the staff person who helped me was Gerardo and he was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my baby (vehicle). :)
