Gerardo was very friendly and he took very good care of me. Always smiling no matter how busy he was. I had front and Rear Brakes, Belt Drive, Brake Flush, and Alignment Be patient everyone, a lot of places since the Pandemic are short handed. You don't want the workers rushing on your service. Sometimes I also bless them, let them know you appreciate them for coming in, it doesn't hurt to show gratitude even though you are paying for a service. You let the servers at restaurants know that you appreciate them, right. Some of these guys are young, encourage them. Thanks Pep Boy Kudos to Gerardo and George

My service advisor Javier was exceptional. He was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly. Explained all services in detail being done to my car. I worked in customer service for 40 yrs and always believe exemplary employees should be recognized. He deserves an increase in salary. I will always go to PEP BOYS fory car needs because of Javier in the future.

I went on two occasions separately and no one was by the service desk. Zero personnel, waited and nothing. This was not lunch time. Decided to leave after 15 minutes of waiting and no one coming to attend. Waiting was also packed and people had to stand in waiting area. Need to do better.

Went in for an inspection and was told it would be about 25 minutes; in and out was about that time, super quick and every step was explained as how it would go. Definitely recommend.

I got all 4 tires replaced! I was constantly putting air in them! They told me they were too old! They did an outstanding job! I sat the waiting room and watched a movie! They did all the work! I love those guys! Good 👍 job guys!

I came in for a battery replacement. It was still under warranty and this place came through when I needed them. I left with a brand new battery. Keep your receipts every time it takes the headache out of debating with technicians and mechanics. That's what I did and I'm glad I did. Shout out to Ivan the assistant manager for helping me in freezing weather and shout out to Javier the other manager too. Keep up the good work.

Came in for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation on a Lexus ES350. I was being helped by Ivan D who was very professional and thoughtful. He gave me a great diagnostic review of additional work to be done to my serpentine belt which will likely result in my return. Customer service is top notch at this location.

I visited the store for wheel alignment check in the beginning as I purchased new tires. They requested to changed the tie rods after thorough inspection of steering and suspension components. Initial estimate was outer tie rods only about $400 and after removing the parts they extended it inner tie rods as well and the price as extended to $750. I agreed and proceeded with the repair(had to wait 6 hours in store). The repair was completed but the steering was pulling to left which was not there initially. As the service advisor was friendly and requested me to visit the store again next day. Once reached they said realignment was needed and they did it. The second time have kept the steering off-centre and done the alignment again.It again pulls to left when steering comes to centre. I feel horrible as problem is not sorted and I live 100miles away from the Pep boys location. This is the Worst service experience I had.
