Other than being under staffed during a meeting the service was great. It was an easy fix but because I was traveling they kept my tire overnight to make sure it was not losing pressure so I would be safe.

Waites at the desk for 10 min after everyone on the back saw me. Someone finally came out and said "what's up" and was very rude when I told them I needed tires

I made an appointment online to get my tire repaired at 6:30 pm. I get there 15 minutes early and the guy at the shop says that they can’t help me. He refused. When I said I had an appointment, he Kept saying there wasn’t a mechanic there since 5 and they close at 7. So he refused to help me. And wasn’t sympathetic at all. Never once said sorry. Why are they open til 7 if there isn’t a mechanic. And why would they have appointments available on their website if they can’t service any one. Extremely angry especially since I work until 5.

2nd visit March 2024. Paid $1100 for new tires with warranty on 2009 Surburban. They were supposed to rotate my tires with the service. Before I visited this shop, my car drove fine.. afterwards my car now shakes at 70 MPH and my wheel alignment is off. I called and they didn’t offer to rectify this issue at all. I do not recommend this business. Go elsewhere ! Buyer Beware.

Made appointment online. Dropped keys before the store opened. Called to make sure they got them because there were no envelopes. Was assured everything was on track. Got the best deal on some great Goodyear touring eagles. Was actually $20 less than I thought it was supposed to be. Chad was great as well.

I went in to have my tire repaired after Walmart Auto canceled my appointment for new tires twice. Went in and spoke to the gentleman at the counter (as he clocked in) and he asked a couple of questions and was able to take a look at my car right away and recommended that the screw in my tire could be patched. I proceeded to ask if it could be done in time to have it fixed prior to my going to work. Due to their lack of staff (which is EVERYWHERE) it would have to be left there. Then at the cost of giving away business he suggested I go to Juffylube down the street as they can do it right then and there. Which I appreciated… went to JiffyLube and they said the screw was too big and they didn’t have the tires to replace it. So I went back to Pepboys and they fixed it without issue! I appreciate the willingness to do the right thing for the customer even at the cost of business. Because of that, I will be coming back here if I need anything done I cannot do. Or at the very least will be checking with them first on my journey to repair should I need it. Customer service matters.

Been a customer 4 years now. 5 star ratings for every visit I've had. Quality people work here and have good prices. People at front counter are really friendly and always helpful to customers! latest visit great as always! In and out in only 15 minutes (08-02-24). Air filter installed by Chad. Good price!

Told me my compressor was broke and couldn't be charged. Said it would be 1700. Took it to my mechanic and he charged it.. friendly staff.

I booked an appointment for Free Engine Light Code Pull Service Package I was told it’s $135 when I showed him it says free he said we don’t provide that service. I left went to Bob Sumerel no appointment my vehicle was serviced and I purchased a membership afterwards.

Went in expecting to buy 4 new tires to fix the slow leaks. The guys were honest and let me know my tires were in decent shape and I just needed a valve stem for now. $30 instead of $500. 👍🏼

I have bought many parts, tires, and accessories here. I have had repairs made to both my personal vehicle and work vehicles here. The staff have always done their best to make sure I am satisfied and their work is done right. Their prices seem fair. If you need work done on your car, I would recommend them.

Chad and his PepBoys Team, They are very "PROFESSIONAL and do EXCELLENT WORK". They installed my Rotors and Brake Pads. I would recommend them to anyone who wants "Super Service and take Much Pride" in their work. I will defiantly be back for any additional needed work.

We were in a really tight spot and needed a tire replaced. Chad was extremely cool and super accommodating towards us, we greatly appreciate it man. Had our tire fixed and back to us in like 15 minutes and we were able to get back on the road within the hour. Great service, with a super down to earth guy.

After arriving to the store 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment at 8 AM. I went to enter the building and nobody was there. My appointment was scheduled to have two tires insulated on the back of my car. The tires are already purchased and in my vehicle this was a scheduled appointment after this appointment was scheduled on Tuesday of this week and it’s now Saturday My husband tried to call the store multiple times to get the cost of insulation for tires because based on their webpage for scheduling tire insulation it was $15.87 He was informed the true price to have the tires installed, but the store manager told my husband that they normally don’t install outside tires over the weekend, but he was willing to do so because we were waiting. Poor customer service unacceptable behavior of a store manager As a former technician of tire discounters, this is unacceptable. It needs to be warranted to be addressed that the store needs a huge turnover in employees.

During cold snap my tires were visibly low. After using a self-serve air pump a a nearby UDF that was malfunctioning and giving wildly varying pressure reads, I pulled into Pep boys. They immediately checked all my tires, brought pressure to correct level and sent me on my way, refusing a charge or tip. Really nice help, above and beyond.
