Came in super rushed to get a screw out of my tire and they did it so fast for me and it was amazing after everyone else told me they couldn’t do it for days. I appreciate them getting me in and working with my schedule. From desk guys were a total gem and I appreciate them working so hard. Will definitely be back for future service work. I recently visited the Eastgate Pep Boys for some much-needed brake work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had been putting off getting new brakes for a while, but after hearing a grinding noise, I made an appointment first thing in the morning. Ben at the front desk suggested doing a quick evaluation to make sure it was what I thought – turns out it was just the front pads! Ben gave me an initial quote that was fair, and I was pleasantly surprised at checkout to find the total was $50 less because he applied a coupon for me without me even asking. A special shoutout to Shelby, my brake technician, who did a fantastic job and had me back on the road in no time. This is my third time at this Eastgate location, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Their honesty, speed, and quality of work are truly unmatched. Thanks to Ben, Shelby, and the team for making car repairs such a positive experience!

Best deal in town on tires! Great customer service. Even as busy as they were the wait wasn't bad at all. I got 4 of the same quality tires for half the money the other guys in the area were charging. Update, I had a slow leak in one tire, stopped in and they fixed it right away. Great customer service!

Just had an oil change and tire rotation completed at Eastgate Pep Boys. Taylor is a great customer service person to deal with. Took care of my problem with 2 bad valve stems also in the same trip.

Had a flat tire and went to auto zone (had already tried a can of fix a flat)and the employee directed me next door to pep boys! I wanted to patch my tire, but they couldn't bc of location/hole size and I had to get a new tire .. I was upset bc I couldn't afford it, but they looked for discounts and was able to take almost $30 dollars off. Service was quick and they were great! ♥️ Highly recommend Eastgate pep boys for tire needs!

I brought my vehicle in to Pepboys in Eastgate to get new front brake pads. I was told it would take an hour and cost $159. After several calls trying to get me to buy new tires, new rotors and new calipers all of which I didn’t need I was told the new total was $259 and it would take 5 hours to complete. When I picked it up the vehicle was running poorly because the new pads were not seated properly and when I put the vehicle in reverse several times it caused a clicking sound and the abs to engage. I took it to Midas the next day and they fixed the issue for an additional $100. Tony was the associate/manager and the tech and Tony were very unprofessional about the whole situation because I didn’t want to spend $1000 on new brake pads.

The guy at the front desk was extremely kind! He gave me his full attention and let me know what was going on with my car but wasn't pushy about me doing things immediately that could wait until later. He even made sure to scan a coupon he found to save me some money! I will definitely return to this pep boys because of the amazing work and customer service!

In the beginning PEP was very good to expensive my last oil change was $104.00 that did not include rotation of the tires for a car.

This location tried to get me by asking for $1,100 to order and replace my alternator. They said it would have cost $900 for the alternator and $200 for labor. I couldn't believe it so I looked it up online... the alternator I would have needed costs only three to four hundred online. So asking for $1,100 just seems like total nonsense.

Taylor was very friendly and helpful. He made a stressful process of needing to take care of a flat tire very smooth. The rest of the team in the shop also seemed to do a great job.

The manager at this store was fantastic. He was honest, presented us with all possible outcomes before touching the car. He saved us money and made my wife feel comfortable driving the car again. She was very stressed about it breaking down and now she is stress free. We will be back for tires and all future work if it doesn’t need to go to VW. THANK YOU

I came in to have my rear breaks and rotors done since I hear grinding not a big deal guys up front were super friendly all I wanted was a standard brake package I received a call that they have to replace both rear rotors and pads since they were unable to be resurfaced I get it not a big deal till when my husband asked the price to replace the brake pads and rotors for the rear we were told it would be over 700 including taxes and over 800 plus taxes to do all 4 our jaws dropped absolutely outrageous we cancelled our appointment. I called autozone in Milford and got all my parts brakes and rotors for my vehicle for 233.00 that included taxes and now we’re just gonna do it our selfs that is the most craziest thing I have ever heard of to do 2 brake pads and rotors over 700 hundred dollars I will not be back !! All we wanted was a standard brake package which included pads a free inspection and rotors that did not happen disappointed
