Gavin and the rest of them here have complete hearts of gold they were able to get my car repaired when no one else could after I messed up doing the break change and not making sure the lug nuts were tight enough causing me to have issues they absolutely wonderful

Amazing service and diagnosis skills. They found the underlying issues very quickly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been to many auto shops and none have been comparable. They were able get me in quickly when I was in a tough spot. Thank you!

They were able to get me in quickly and get my tire repaired immediately. Great customer service over the phone and in person as well. For tire repairs I recommend coming here for any installation or repairs.

Gavin is the best!! Give him a huge raise!! I came by two separate Sundays with different tire problems with my rental cars and he went above and beyond to help me and even patched the second rental car because he couldn’t patch the first one(it was unrepairable). He represents what Pep Boys would want in an outstanding employee!! He is an asset to Pep Boys and whomever he works for in the future!! Thanks Gavin!!! If I could give you 10 or 20 stars I would! 🤓

This Pep Boys is absolutely phenomenal the service manager Gavin went sbove and beyond to help me get the financing I needed to get my car repaired and Kyle was just such a pleasure and gave me all the estimates I needed and helped me get in contact with the dealership to see how much all my parts would be for my car these guys really went above and beyond for me and my car I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their cars!! The service is amazing and the customer service is even better thank you guys so much for taking such good care of me !!!

Got a flat tire headed to Denver on a Saturday at 5:30 p.m. Three other tire shops turned me down because they were closing but thankfully I found these guys and they stayed late to get me taken care of! So thankful I wasn't left stranded!!

I want to take a moment to thank the staff and technician at the Pep Boys Store #268 located at 135 N. Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs who serviced my vehicle on October 1st, 2024. Cashier #508993 took the time and patience to explain all the features of multiple brands of tires and then helped me select the best quality and most economical tire brand for my car. Being on a fixed income, I appreciated his character, honesty, and integrity. Once I had decided on a tire brand, Technician Michael B. had serviced my vehicle, to include a free front end alignment inspection, and replaced all four tires in less than one hour. Thank you both for the outstanding and professional customer service I received. The auto techs were really chill. Kept me well updated as to what issues they came across. Serviced exactly what I needed and gave a good logical explanation of why it was best to have the new rotors put on my car. I'll most likely be bringing my car over here the next time I need my brakes or some other automotive work done.
