Had some odd noises coming from the front left wheel. Ray and his team got me a thorough check and brake inspection. Nothing was wrong after all but it was a good experience and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

My wife and son went in to look for new tires. Ron was very helpful and courteous with them. He was able to schedule them for new tires the next day! We will definitely head to Pep-Boys in the future for help with his truck!

The manager Elon was horrible. Called to get in without and appointment. Was told to come down and would be done within an hour. Waited over an hour and was told it’s not going to be much later. Horrible customer expectation. This has happened at least 3 times before. Quotes on scratch paper, lost appointments and on. Go somewhere else for service and tires. Was a 25 year client.

We were on vacation and had a burnt out light, and no tools to fix it. They got us right in, changed it out, and had us right back on the road. At no charge! Absolutely amazing customer service!

Eion is great to work with, I’ve done several repairs here and they usually work out well or if I’ve ever had an issue, they take care of it to my satisfaction. Having to repair your car is always stressful, but I appreciate the willingness to work with me on a plan and fixing the most important things.

I had a nail in my tire, I got the spare on and was looking for a place to fix the tire, hoping I did not need to be replaced as we were on vacation. The team at Pep Boys was able to get me in and out very quickly and did great service and went above and beyond. Thanks for making what could have been a real problem just a bump in the road.

Made an appt. for 4:30 but showed up and was told I could not be accommodated. 1-star for a bad e-scheduling experience. Customer experience from online to store should be seamless with online scheduling upheld.

Very nice people but told me they won’t do the engine replacement on my car due to age of the vehicle. Very upset, don’t even want a warranty on the work i just want my car back on the road but i’m not as important as someone who can afford a $50,000 car right? I shouldn’t be allowed to get to and from work. Mechanics are all a joke, pay them a 100$ each to all tell you they won’t do their own job. So frustrating. One day people won’t be able to afford new cars and y’all won’t have a choice but to replace engines.

It's late on a Sunday afternoon. I am putting air in my tires when I see a large bubble in one of them. Early the next morning I will need to drive to the airport and cannot risk it with this tire. I drove to Pep Boys. They will close in twenty minutes time. I am already thinking up Plans B and C. NO PROBLEM. A new set of tires in twenty minutes flat! Thank you Pep Boys. I will be back.
