Paul, Jessie and this entire Pep Boys office is amazing. They Rock. I called around for tire prices. It was an older model car. Hard to find tire size. All other tire companies didn’t have them in stock. Paul offered to order them ASAP. He got them ordered, delivered and installed the same day. Their rate was less than all others. I’ll be using Pep Boys going forward. Absolutely above and beyond service.

Fast and friendly service! Jesse was the best and took care of my tire repair quick and it was super affordable :) The holiday decorations were also a nice touch, the waiting room was so cozy and festive!

Pep boys was great and had affordable tires. I even made the mistake and ordered the wrong ones, but the team was great and found me a better deal, saving me money. Manny was great with his communication throughout the process and the work was all done in a timely manner

Had a bad experience. Though I booked my appointment I was not honored and asked me to come back the next day. Went the next day with appointment still made me wait for 3 hours and service was not done. Also, not professional with customers.

I was early for my appointment, but they got me right in. They were quick and took great care of my care. The Assist Manager was super awesome with customer service. He was juggling a lot beter always managed to touch base with everyone.

They were kind, honest and didn’t push me to break my bank for their benefit.. That’s rare for me to find at a car shop.. They pointed out things that were needed, but didn’t pressure me to handle it immediately and were honest on if it was safe or not to fix later..

These guys are amazing! They care about their customers and they do honest work. I got a good deal on my tires and services. I had to bring my baby with me while I waited on my car. There was enough space in the waiting room for my wagon and the staff was very accommodating when I needed to breastfeed. In case you couldn’t tell, I will continue to drive 28 minutes across town to work with Paul and his crew!

I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. They were professional, courteous and gave us a very detailed breakdown of the work that needed to be done to fix our brakes, and detail regarding the overall cost to do the repairs. When I got the cost breakdown, I called my brother who is a master mechanic to see if Pep Boys was trying to charge me a higher fee or take advantage of me. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from my brother that their cost to repair was right in line with current industry standards. Pep Boys on Morse Rd has earned as loyal customer for life as I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs!

I had new tires put on my car and I got to say I love the tires alone but manny was a great host. He’s a very great guy and will talk to you about anything and Is very knowledgeable about what your car needs and he is willing to make sure you know what is happening with your vehicle. Thanks Manny!

Throughly impressed by this location and the people working there! Going in I told them I had to be somewhere at a certain time and they honored that. They were able to do a lot in a short amount of time and my Jeep is running a lot better. The staff seemed a lot more knowledgeable than some other places I've visited.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. I took my car to the dealership and they told me I needed breaks at a ridiculous price. So I called around and took it here instead to get it done and they said I didn’t need replacement, they were fine. They could easily have done it and charged me and I would not know the difference. So hard to find a honest mechanic. I highly recommend!!! anyone looking to get service on their car please call this Pep Boys location on Morse Road. I’ve found my go to guys from now on!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽

I found myself with a dead car battery on a Monday afternoon and I managed to get a "jump" and drove over to Pep Boys here on Morse Road in Columbus, Ohio (my usual go to place) without an appointment and they were able to install a new battery right away. After a 30 minute wait, they had the work done and I drove away. Quite happy with the staff (Jesse and Paul) and their professionalism. I will be returning for future work.

I got my car towed in here two times for the same reason I payed almost $800 dollars to fix my car just for me to take my car somewhere and be to be told that the same problem is wrong is what’s wrong with the car so I had to pay extra $360 to get it fix and back running don’t come here they will do nothing but make excuses
