I don't recommend Pep Boys The service was poorly done, later than promised. The tires they installed were over inflated and I thought it was something more serious when I was driving on the highway after the installation.

Brought my car in for brake service and received excellent customer service. Special thanks to Tony who answered all my questions and took time to explain everything to me. I believe I’ve been there three times in the last 12 months and never had any issues. You guys are great!

My favorite Pep Boys location. I feel confident, seen, and leave knowing I made the best decision with my car. Tony and his team is fast and amazing. Great environment to wait for your car while it's being worked on. This is only location I'm coming to as long as Tony and his team is here.

My truck wouldn’t start when I picked it up. There was a nail on the battery negative terminal but all that needed to changed was the side bolt to tighten the battery cable on the negative terminal (a $2.00 part). The lower control arms were left loose after being inspected by this facility.

My car suddenly needed a new battery, but Pep Boys was about to close. They kindly took my car and replaced it even though they were pressed for time. I always get good service here. They never oversell something I don't need. I appreciate their honesty and competency.

I had an appt at 10:30. Arrived was told the mechanics had just arrived and would get started on my vehicle. Very nice guy however at 11:30 nothing...I went up front to check there was a different person there and my car had not even been taken back! I told him I had an appt an hour ago and he said oh we will get you in then....no thanks. There were 2 mechanics on and they bay was full of cars that I was told had been left there overnight. HORRIBLE communication. I took my business elsewhere.

Incredible experience (which can't be said at all car service shops)! Tony and Victor had great customer service and helped me to understand the issues within my car. Went in for a battery replacement, but my old battery had corroded so horribly that it wasn't as easy as expected. They educated me on the manufacturer-only made part I needed to ask for at my dealership. Great price for the service and they didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge at all. They did the opposite and truly took care of me. Will be back if I ever have other issues they can support!

Joanna! Joanna was amazing. I know I was on they nerves and even tried to tell them how to do they job and Joana did wonderful, she did not get impatient with me even though I was doing the mist. 10/10 recommend 👌🏾

I just left this place and the guy there was so fast and accommodating. I had a nail in my tire and he literally fixed it within 10 minutes. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend. And they are open on Sundays.

Made an appoint at 8AM today for tire service. I show up at 8AM and the place is closed, nobody in sight. Waited 10 minutes and left. It's not my first bad experience with these guys (alignment rack was down for several weeks a few months ago and had to go find another store to do m y alignment, and another time for an alignment job on a different vehicle they left the tie rods nuts loose and it tie rod came off while driving!...that could have been a deadly accident, thank God it wasn't bad.) I'm absolutely done with this place.

I love this Pep Boys location. The new manager Adrian is fantastic. He super helpful, listens to our concerns, and is great with providing updates & communicating! My husband and I have had both of our cars serviced here and the customer service is wonderful.

I got my oil changed and a tire replaced. Customer service was awesome to me, but the oil change was pretty pricey. The tire price was fair. If the oil change was a little cheaper, this would be 5 stars. If you're not worried about price too much, this is the place for you. I would call ahead and set an appointment time. I didnt but they worked with me so that earned big brownie points. I went at 10am on a Monday and they were moderately busy. Took about an hour to get finished.

The mechanic was upset after I told him that the cost was to expensive. I went to another mechanic and he told me the sparks plugs and the injectors were fine but Pep Boys said they needed to be replaced. The other mechanic was almost $500.00 less.

Service took longer than told but I was serviced. I really liked the waiting area- it's separated from the main lobby. The TV was on very loudly and I was unable to change channels so I just turned it off. As a breastfeeding mom to a newborn I appreciated the comfy couches and complimentary water and cookies/chips for my toddler. Thank you!
