Exceptional service from Randolph. He set realistic expectations for the repair timeline and was transparent about the entire process. I highly recommend giving Pep boys a call. I needed my brakes and rotors replaced. They were quick and friendly.

staff is very nice. Though there was some confusion with the mislabeling of a tire I bought had me driving for an extra hour to get the correct tire. Over all I decided to have my tires installed from this same store and came to find out I need to replace my rear brake drums. 300$ is the price to have new drum brake kit installed. I will do that my self lol. Thanks for the tips Mr. Moore

Dear Pep Boys Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Buckner location. As a loyal Pep Boys customer for years, I have never encountered such an appalling level of service, and I feel compelled to share my experience in the hopes that no other customer has to endure what I did. **Firstly, the service was excruciatingly slow.** Despite being the only car on site, my issue remained unresolved after a staggering six hours. This inefficiency forced me to take an additional day off work, just to speak with management in the hopes of resolving my issue. This is completely unacceptable. **Secondly, the professionalism of your agents was severely lacking.** They were misleading in their diagnostics and pricing, which only added to my frustration. After spending $1000 on repairs, I expected transparency and honesty, neither of which were provided. Not hearing about a lawsuit they recently won because of a customers mistake when they originally performed lousy service. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Pep Boys. I am committed to sharing my story and completing as many surveys as necessary to ensure that no other customer has to suffer a similar fate. I urge you to address these issues promptly and thoroughly to restore the faith of your loyal customers.

I came in and spoke with 2 individuals after having a terrible experience at a honda flagship location. These individuals not only told me what was wrong with my car but gave a detailed explanation of the problem and work needed to be done Gilbert and Randolph are extraordinary employees.

The staff if friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable of all car parts and problems. Most problems c an be fixed in a few hours . They also safety check everything before letting you get back in your car. That way you know you will make it home safely.

My experience with Pep Boys was exceptional. They took care of me when I brought my Crossover to have a tire fixed which ended up being a while new tire. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for service

The service advisor was polite, and was correct and diagnosing my car's steering wheel wobble issues. After the new tires installed, my car ride smooth and new again.

Had my car towed here to fix a starter. While they couldn’t diagnose the problem and I had to take it somewhere else for repairs the shop couldn’t do, the store manager was incredibly communicative and helpful the whole time. I never had questions about my car, and it was kept safe while I was there. It made a really crummy situation way less terrible.

The salesman at Pep Boys is always courteous and friendly. He puts you at ease with his calm demeanor and professionalism. It is a joy to visit this Pep Boys. We need more salespersons like him. Rodney is a plus for Pep Boys.

GILBERT was awesome!!! He was patient, gave good direction, called and updated me along the way. He cares about his customers. Whenever I thanked him , his reply was “of course “and “your welcome.” He went above and beyond. Kudos

I was here late January/early February to replace all four tires and one wheel. Everyone was so nice and made sure I got the best deal possible. They had my best interest at heart and made sure it was done right. They make sure you are well informed, educated, and comfortable with the next steps. I am back again today for tire service and it remains the same excellent service. Fair price and great service!!!! Come see about them!!!! Thank you Randolph, Gilbert, Adrian, and Erick for excellent service and a seamless experience!!!!

I received excellent care at the Pep Boys on Buckner Blvd. Randolph, the service manager, was very friendly and professional. He took great care of me and my car and seemed genuinely concerned about my safety before a road trip. I recommend going to this location and letting him help you with your automotive problems.

Pep Boys on Buckner did an outstanding job! Customer service was great and they identified the problem with precision. Timely service and communication throughout the process was elite in comparison to other shops I’ve encountered. Randolph’s professionalism and expertise was on full display during my visit and should be commended. Highly recommend the Buckner location!

Place is horrible set a appt time and still didn’t get taking care of they don’t work to get you out they keep you here for hours very unprofessional! If you want to wait hours then by all means go to them! Horrible service didn’t have any refreshments don’t check on there guest! I want to leave negative stars

Gilbert was very helpful with finding the right tire sizes for my truck. He was also extremely patient with my aunt and me on deciding what tires to buy. It took awhile to make a final decision :). With his expertise we bought the most sturdy and efficient tires they offer. I really appreciate his help and the other mechanic that previously assisted with questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend to people I know to come here for new tires. 15/10 service ;-)!!!
