Early Saturday morning, I had my car serviced at the Pep Boys on Covington and Hairston street in Dekalb county Decatur Ga. The manager Mr. Donavan Myers was professional in his role to keep me informed of any updates on my car. He maintained a clean and sanitary environment as well. Mr. Shak listened to my concerns and professionally showed me what the signals on the display screen (monitor) meant. He explained what he would look for and what he would do before working in my car. When he was done he explained exactly what my car needed. I can’t thank these gentleman enough for being professional, courteous and patient with me. I felt safer driving home knowing my car was serviced by Pep Boys on Covington Highway.

I recently visited the Pep Boys location at 5380 Covington Hwy, Decatur, GA 30035 to repair a faulty brake light. During my visit, I was advised to undergo additional repairs, including an oil change and tire rotation, which was advertised as a complimentary service with the oil change. I also opted to replace my air filter. Upon completing the repairs, I inquired about the tire rotation and was assured it had been performed. However, upon reviewing my invoice, I noticed that the rotation was not documented. Despite my repeated inquiries, I was informed that the rotation had indeed been completed. Later, I received my Carfax report, which indicated that my tires were due for rotation. I contacted Pep Boys and spoke with a representative who claimed that they no longer offer this service. I explained that the promotion was advertised in-store and that I was verbally assured the rotation had been performed. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed. The representative then transferred me to Steve McFarlane, who offered to correct the issue. I returned to the store, and Steve promptly had my tires rotated. As Assistant Store Manager, Steve demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, and I would trust him to handle any future services.

It's crazy how I called the wrong store for my inquiry and Donavon made my whole day. Give that man a raise for the expertise in customer service. I don't even care if it was today only and he tortures his coworkers when no one is looking... That's not what I received lol.

Took truck in for repairs check engine light was on pickup 4 days later., charge $1800. same day as pick up, check ✔️ engine light came back on.. what the hell they do? Absolutely Nothing.. return truck again tell me they will call checking once again to see why...$1800 you should know why....

Whenever my car needs repair, I head to the Pep Boys on Covington HWY, they are always kind and knowledgeable. Many places try to upcharge you or gouge you for every penny in your pocket but not Pep Boys they do their best to work with you and save you money where they can. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!!

I arrived 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close, Steve helped me by inspecting my tire and replacing it within the 30 minute time frame. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for amazing customer service!

Steve provided a great level of customer service. Herchel arrived at the counter and immediately got to work on my vehicle. I made them aware of my time restraints. They were able to complete my brakes and oil change in under 2hrs. Very attentive.

Called to ask when they can get me in for an alignment dude said NOW... shocked.. I replied NOW? He repeated NOW.. I go to the store wait 20ms to be asked how can I help you for next dude to say they're booked up for the day... man TF yo dread head dude tell me NOW for.. won't be back cus I can't rely on the truth on availability how can I rely on truth of pricing, work quality etc

Lack of professionalism.i called to check if the tires i am looking to buy are available before i head to the store. They put me on the hold, and they forget me.It's like they don't care about customers. I felt like unwelcoming.
