Fast Excellent Service. Needed a Heater supply hose replaced on a Jeep Wrangler (cheap plastic connector used by Jeep broke). Multiple Jeep Dealers quoted 5-7 days to schedule an appointment and wanted the car for a week! Walked Into Pep Boys and they had the job done including a coolant flush in 1 Hour 45 minutes!!!

They are efficient and stay in communication with my vehicle. I never feel like I'm trying to be sold something that I don't need. Have used them several times.

Worst customer service ever. I booked an appointment, the appointment was confirmed by text and email, rearranged my day, arrived early and was told that they could not change my oil because the online system is “messed up” and that there is no way to perform an oil change before they close. No options were given to reschedule, no apologies. I will never use Pep Boys again - they lost a lifelong customer.

Listen to the 1 Star Reviews! They’re true. This place is horrible! I got an oil change one time because they had a good deal - everything seemed fine. Then I went to another place for the next change, and the technician there told me that they couldn’t get the cap off safely because it was tightened more than it should be. I called pep boys about this and talked with the service manager, Jake Neverdahl. I told him the situation and asked if there was anything he could do to make this right and he replied, “why would I do this for free if I know we can take it off?” Poor customer service. He said he would price match what I would’ve gotten at this different location. I’ll give him that. I took in my car to get it serviced, mind you, now 30min away. Waited around 2hrs, got the car, and immediately I noticed a strong oil smell. I chalked it up to it being just changed, so I didn’t think much of it. Drove home the 30min and loaded up my wife and one month old child to go run errands. The smell was not going away, and it was awful in the heat. A few hours later, it wasn’t dissipating so I popped the hood and found that the oil cap never got put back on, so oil was splashing everywhere on the engine and the battery! That’s incredibly dangerous to be driving around. Cars already run hot, so with the weather being hot too, that is a dangerous scenario to be driving around. I called Jake at the store and he said to drive it over and they’ll fix it, I told him I would not drive that. They then got a tow truck, fixed it up, and it was ready. I have to drive another 30min to go pick it up. I talked with Jake again and asked for a refund and he said that corporate cuts a check and I’ll be seeing it in a week or two. It’s been two months, and I have yet to see a check. I’ve called multiple times and he has said that he’ll look into it and call me back, and he never has. Jake is incredibly unprofessional and his communication was never there. If this is how the manager acts, it makes sense that my car was treated horribly too by the people who work under him. STAY AWAY from this store. Not worth your time, money, or energy!!!

Everything went so well! I called them while driving on the way to them to set up some options and get some quotes and they were so good compared to the rest of the places I called that I stopped at this location immediately! It was so close to my house that I could easily take a lime scooter to get back home in five minutes. They got me in and out an hour and a half later after dropping off my car and that is just incredible service! At Costco they had to order the parts and it was a whole fiasco but here it was a great price a great deal and great service.

It’s pretty upsetting when you make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, they tell you it will take one to 1.5 hours to complete, then it takes two hours, while you wait at a local restaurant for the work to be done. Then, no sticker updated, no oil change light Reset, and every single one of my tires was a different tire pressure, indicating to me that they didn’t do all of the work. I had to call to validate that they actually did the oil change. Pretty poor, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I paid $4,100 for repair they recommended including the brake at pep boys on alameda and broadway Denver Colorado next to the Sam’s grocery store. When I picked up the car it is making worse sound than before that the mechanic ignore and release the car to me as repair completed although grinding sound is loud and obvious. I’m no mechanic but if you repair brake I think you should test drive it to make sure it’s safe to drive and the problem is fixed. Obviously they didn’t do that and worse they ignore the problem.

Absolutely zero ethics. Almost more expensive for every product. Oh, and all those cars you see outside are the ones still needing service after way more time than anyone else. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Don't come here unless you want to pay over a 1000 dollars for an AC that will break within two months. They will say anything to get you to buy parts you dont actually need and they will just excuse it with 'well, that person gave you misleading information but he doesn't work here anymore so...'. They sneak in charges too, so make sure you look at the bill closely before paying. When we got our car back, it had a bunch of loose cables hanging off the dashboard. Absolute waste of money. We got 240 dollars back out of 1400, I guess, but we still have an ac that doesn't work. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I walked in to sign up for an appointment at 11 AM, they said they had NO TIMES AVAILABLE. so then I went to my phone and saw 1 pm was open. I signed up for it and came in no trouble. I told the mechanic who helped me and he said that was odd I was told that. 1pm for an oil change. said it would be ready at 3pm the latest on the link. at 3pm i called to double check before I went to get my car. they said it wasn't ready yet and they'd call me. I got a message at 6:05 telling me it was ready, i showed up at 6:10 being told they were closed. I pointed out the website said 7, they said it was wrong. They didn't have an answer as to why I would receive a message to get my car after close. They wanted to hold my car overnight because they couldn't charge me for the oil change. I complained until I get my car back. I waited for way too long to pay for my oil change the next day. If it weren't for the 1pm guy, I would give 1or 0 stars. but He tried to help and I blame the whole business rather than 1 or 2 bad eggs.

This location’s team was very thorough with inspecting my car and communicating what work needed to be prioritized with a clear timeline for pick up. I would highly recommend this location and Pep Boys for anyone seeking regular auto service, especially for Subaru Forester’s.

Went in for literally the most simple thing a mechanic can do, change a battery. I told them twice that the cables were very corroded and I wanted them replaced as well. Instead of doing that, they put in a new battery with the old cables and the next day my car wouldn’t start. I had to tighten the cable myself and upon tightening it I realized it was way too corroded to even tighten fully. This is insane that I take my car in and pay over $200 to have to start my car manually my wiggling my battery cable. Most young women wouldn’t know to tighten the cable and I’m lucky I thought of that before paying someone another $200 so if you have no knowledge of cars do not take your car here!! I put a picture to show how the cables look, I could actually spin the black cable around in a circle, that’s how loose it was.

Don’t book an appointment online! You’ll come in and they’ll tell you they don’t have availability for you, even though you made an appointment! Quite a disappointment and staff didn’t offer any ways of fixing it or attempting to make the situation better. I had never tried Pep Boys before and you can guarantee that I won’t be trying it out again. I will be choosing other service shops from now on.

Had my car towed to this location seem to be the starter, they gave me a quote and I approved it, then they called again, said it also needed a battery, had no choice but to approve it, then they called me back again said it would need an alternator also, then they called back and said it needed a serpentine belt, feel I was really taking advantage of, shame on you pep boys,

Made appointment two days in advance online. Come in and they say the store isn't connected to their online appointments and they can't honor appointment or do work I waited for. Go somewhere else!

SCAM. STAY AWAY. Just go to a Meineke. 1. Tried to tell me my oil change was $103 with $23 in shop fees. This is after I told them I had a $20 coupon. The oil changes were listed as $60-70 for full/platinum synthetic online. 2. Corey the manager told me tire pressure light wasn’t turning off bc I had a nail in my tire. I took my car to Costco right after. No punctures, tires were just low on air. SHOCKER! 3. Tried to charge me $90 for both engined air filter and cabin air filter. I only asked for cabin air filter. Corey the manager pretended like he was giving me the engine air filter for free since I had caught them trying to scam me and was upset. He just didn’t install it. 4. Alex was very kind and was able to get me in for an oil change after two other locations did not honor my appointments. I am on crutches due to a surgery and getting around is very difficult for me. He assessed my situation, and even though they had no appointments available, he spoke with the technician who agreed to do an oil change on my vehicle. I appreciate the time and consideration from both of them. Alex is a stellar human.

Pretty rough customer service - first, they installed my tires and stripped the nuts in the process. They decided to charge me to replace them even though they stripped them. Then, I came to pick it up and Alex told me he would wait until 7pm for me - I arrived and he had left, the place had closed. Alex has pretty much no clue what’s going on, I would never trust him with my car again. I’ll be going to Costco tire center next time. Thanks! Also - they close at 6p not 7p. Noticed that while I stand outside with no way home. Thanks for nothing, Alex and pepboys!

Last Friday I had a nail in my tire, I have a warranty on them since I bought them at pep boys. I found this out after work and my tire was going flat. I called this pep boys and was told they could fit me in , it's 430 at the time. I get there check in and after about 30 to 45 minute someone comes out to tell me they can't fit me in its around 515 on a Friday and most shops are closed. I waited all that time for nothing including driving over there after I talked with the shop and they said they could fit me In. It sucked thanks pep boys for nothing. I'll never go back.

Please don't take your car here. Unless, you want to pay a lot, get a diagnostics that doesn't really tell you what your car needs and having to take it back so they can charge you more $$$.

Went in for a ride share inspection at 10 am and I am still waiting here at 120 pm and my car was finally taken in. Then I had to be asked what type of inspection was needed for the car… they totally forgot about me will never visit any pep boys ever again worst service I have experienced
