If your TPMS are working and you get new tires at Dyer/PEPBOYS, they will not let you know if sensors are going out to make a decision for new install of sensors. They also cannot re-calibrate the sensor to match your DCI.

These guys work fast, they're thorough, and they're honest. Price is about the same as other shops in town, and they also didn't try to upsell me on anything which I really appreciated. Great service and communication from Abraham up at the front desk. Definitely bring your car here if you want reliable and honest work. I didn't leave wondering if they missed anything and my car feels brand new.

This is a review for the location at 1203 E Lohman Ave in Las Cruces. It doesn't show up on google so their review goes here. My 'cracked' serpentine belt was nearly pristine when I removed it myself (3 very minor cracks along the entire length). This is making me question all the other odd repairs there but I can't prove or disprove them. Never going back to any of them!

My spot in the northeast along dyer street been my spot for the last 10 years! Never a disappointment! Affordable, great work, and the staff are understanding, approachable and know their craft. Haven't failed this old(er) VET yet, lolol!!

The manager (Abraham) did an amazing job taking care of me and the car. Best experience I have ever had while car repairs were needed. Mechanics were on top of the situation. Car works like new. Thank you Abraham and PepBoys for taking care of me and my car!

This store is a joke, I took a 1971 280 SL Mercedes for tire repair there was a nail in the tire. The technician evaluated the tire and concluded the tire was repairable. The manager overrode the technician and stated that the tire would not be repaired due to the fact that the rim COULD be scratch during the repair process. Bottom line the manager decline to perform the repair due to possibility of scratching the rim. Don’t waste your time visit a professional shop…

Great service initially. Fast, efficient and professional. However, when I brought my car in to have a tire patched, the team improperly reinstalled my lug nut cover so it fell off less than 24 hours later and who knows where it ended up. When I spoke to someone on shift about the issue, I was referred to the manager. I has been over 2 weeks since I sent and email explaining the situation and asking for a solution. I have not heard anything back. It is a cheap and simple fix on my end, but I will not be doing business with this location in the future and encourage others to consider this before doing business with them.

I called and spoke to Service manager Mr. Torres about moving my car alignment appointment from late afternoon to early morning. He said come in as soon as you can and I did. I was expecting 4 hours for the job to be completed, so I walked to a restaurant, as recommended for breakfast. As soon as I returned, my car was completed. 5 Stars for service and professionalism to your service manager!!

I came here because I have heard squeaking on my brakes and needed a second opinion on what it could be and used their free brake inspection. They were great in getting me in and not trying to make me wait but what sucked was that the mechanic said I needed my front brakes changed. I get home after buying the brake pads and do it myself only to realize the brake pads had more than 75% life left on them. He was trying to charge me 290+ for something that needed no replacing only a bit of lubricant. I don’t know if it’s because he thought as a woman I didn’t know what I was doing but now I know where not to go.

If I could give this place a 10 out of 10, I would. This was the second place I had taken my husband‘s truck to get an Alignment. We took it across the street to another shop and they had me schedule an appointment, and I still was waiting there for two hours for them not to touch his truck. I then called Pep Boys to ask them if they could fit it in at 3 PM and the guy said that they had one person in front of me, but could fit me in and possibly get it done before five. I dropped it off at 2:55, and they finish my husband‘s Truck Before 4 PM. I was so very happy with the customer service experience here, we will definitely be going back for any future vehicle needs just based on customer experience. Also, the pricing at this place wasn’t too bad either and pretty affordable for the services they offer. They also offer military discounts, which I think is awesome too because my husband is military.

Live in the North East but HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT come to the dyer location. I personally recommend the drive to the Mesa location they always welcome you with smiles and take pride in their job. Manager at dyer location has a miserable attitude absolutely disrespectful and impatient. His employees were amazing and trying there best to be helpful and let’s not mention them being more professional than the management, I WOULD DEFINITELY consider a performance evaluation!!

As always Abe and the crew took care of us. The work was done in a timely manner in fact it was done earlier than I had thought. It was done thoroughly and at a fair price. As always they were and respectful and answered all my questions. I will continue to come back.
