The service was exceptional. I arrived at my appointment time and my automobile was serviced as soon as I arrived. This is the best service that I have received at this store in many years. (I have been coming to this PeP boys for more than 15 years) Matthew, the asst. manager is very pleasant and customer oriented. Try this Pep Boys!! Jeff (my tech) was very professional and efficient. Great experience!!

Went in shortly after 9 am. Was told about 1.5 hours for 2 tires. No problem. 11 am was told I was next. 12 pm I asked how much longer? I was told that I was next and they couldn't tell me how much longer. Asked for my keys back as I can't wait all day. Took another 10 minutes before he drove the truck out, busting his chain at the garage door because he was mad (for him taking so long?), left the truck door open and stormed off. If they would have communicated at the beginning, it wouldn't have been a problem. Don't lie to me and more than double the time you tell me and then get mad when I want my vehicle back.

Took around 2 hours on a Saturday to get all 4 of my tires installed. I expected at least an hour, but 2 hours is acceptable.

I had an exceptional experience at Pep Boys thanks to the outstanding team. Earl in the front office provided excellent customer service, putting my mind at ease and assuring me that my vehicle would be well taken care of. I always assumed I needed to take my Range Rover to the dealership for quality service, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Jose, the technician who serviced my vehicle, did a phenomenal job—my car runs so much better now! Thank you, Earl and Jose, for your professionalism and expertise. You’ve gained a loyal customer.

Outstanding staff and excellent service!👍💯Well update, I had a second alternator put on my SUV. It went out in less than 3 weeks and I was told no more warranty. I bought a new battery from them too. The voltage kept dropping so the alternator was bad from the get go. I am so frustrated but I won’t go back for sure

If you’re considering getting your car repaired at this place, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I brought my truck in and was met by a rather odd employee who seemed more interested in asking personal questions about my truck and my work than addressing the issues at hand. I left my truck there so they could contact my warranty company. However, less than 30 minutes later, I received a call saying I needed to pick up my truck because the warranty company had supposedly denied the claim. After speaking with the warranty company myself, I discovered that the employee had submitted a false claim, intentionally leading to the denial. Upon further investigation by the warranty company, it became clear that the initial claim was fraudulent. As a result, they fully covered the repairs—but at a different shop. I suspect the employee’s actions were motivated by jealousy toward my truck, attempting to make me pay for something that was rightfully covered by the warranty. This situation could have easily gone unnoticed, and I might have paid out of pocket without knowing about the false claim. In summary, I do not recommend trusting this shop with your vehicle. Their dishonesty almost cost me a significant amount, and they might try the same with other customers. Choose a place with integrity you’ll be better off.

Part 2…now it’s 4:30 am November 1 2024 …I had a co worker follow me to this what ever this place suppose to be as a mechanic shop prep boys should be the name cause they prep your vehicle for more issues …MCcart Fort Worth Tx . …I’m loosing sleep sitting in the dark with a broken power steering pump that’s gushing out .. now remind you this was never broken before I came here they replace my factory pump with something cheap that’s broken twice ..second time almost crash could have killed me I ran up on the curve so now I’m waiting until 7:30 I worked all night and have to go back again tonight …no vehicle…stay tuned cause I don’t trust nothing at this store …DANGEROUS !!!!!!

Cost to replace two valve stems was$43.00 plus tax. All that was done was to break bead next to stem and install stem. Air up tire, done! What a rip off!

Excellent and positive experience getting the oil and filter changed on my car. I showed up for the service without an appointment and they managed to fit me into the schedule. I was provided all the documentation needed to confirm the oil change.

I was traveling from out of town, they took me in on a Saturday to fix the car so I could safely drive home. Ace, was the mechanic who worked on my car, he was honest, helpful and professional. He was genuinely interested in making sure I got home safely. The gentleman at the desk was also friendly, but Ace deserves kudos!

Took battery in for replacement, was told I needed the receipt from over a yr or more ago even with my info in system. Told I could be anyone and got the battery from anywhere and that I needed proof that it’s my battery. Employee would not listen kept talking over us and being very rude and dismissive

We were in town, visiting family, and in a rental car, when we got a nail in our tire causing a completely flat tire. We looked up the closest tire center and found PEP boys. We checked in, letting them know we had a flight to catch, hopeful they could help. They had us in and out in 30min. So grateful for your speedy service. We made our flight home and couldn't be more happy with their service. Thanks so much!! We really appreciate you!

Worst experience. Took my truck to diagnose my breaking problem. They replaced my rotors, calipers and breaks for 1100. Only for my entire left side of system to fault and destroyed my rotors, calipers and breaks. Took my truck in a second time, and they were going to charge me an extra 1500 to have them replaced even though it was a fault in their end. Bent my emergency break due to a faulty removal process only to destroy the entire left side of my truck.

Service shop quoted my spouse a certain price to replace tire pressure sensors over the phone. But when I got to the shop they sold a marked up price for the sensors. Then accepted to the service repair. But didn't inform me they didn't have the tools to fully fix it the problem. Until I had paid and was about to drive away. Then told me to go discount tire up the street. Due to the misplaced it tire pressure sensors programmer lost in the shop. So much for a simple job 🤦🏿‍♂️

Went in for a state inspection, they confirmed all my tires were good and I passed my state inspection. I had no lights on in my vehicle before until I left my parking lot. I noticed bumping and a loud noise coming from my back tire. What do you know… a giant bolt is sticking straight out and I had a flat tire all of the sudden. Called up there to see if I could get it fixed, was met with an extremely rude manager who said he would call me back and haven’t heard a word since. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like getting bolts in your brand new tire.

10/5 this pepboys is the best. The new front desk person (Matt) is soooo much better than the lady that used to be there. All of the guys there are so nice and honest. As a young woman, some mechanics like to push me to get stuff done to my car that I don't actually need, but not here. Matt is great about answering all of my questions and if he doesn't know he is quick to find out. The customer service is amazing. The techs are always super quick with repairs and they do a great job. I can't recommend this place more.

Terrible place… been here many times before and was always decent but the Manager Lupe today was horrible… just go to another location every other one I talked with was significantly more helpful than any of the jokers at this location.
