Unprofessional. In the 3 weeks they had my car, they didn’t call me not one time to update me on anything, I had to keep calling them ….during the holidays & I picked my car up with a missing needed piece, they said they would call to put the piece on and still haven’t called. Overall the issue I had with my car is fixed which I’m very grateful but the wait time is ridiculous, I wouldn’t go back to this location. Having a car is a necessity and being without because people are slow to do their jobs is unacceptable.

Pep boys?! More like SPEEDY GONZALEZ MEN!! My car wouldn’t start this morning and needed a jump from roadside assistance. I had to take an extended lunch to get my vehicle diagnosed, as this was a bit of an emergency if I didn’t have transportation for work. This location told me to come right on in. On top of being FRIENDLY, when other service departments imply they are overwhelmed and overworked. They diagnosed, replaced my battery, and checked me out within 15 minutes and I was back to work within the hour. I have never witnessed that kind of sorcery in an auto shop. I don’t want to jinx myself by wishing more issues upon my vehicle but this location has earned my loyalty. I will be returning for future needs. Thank you so much .

wish they still had store for shopping while ya wait for service on vehicles. this waiting room there is very uncomfortable an out of date. use to be able to walk around in store an shopping for things while waiting.

I had someone try to rip me off while selling a truck and they almost got away with it costing me hundreds of dollars for simply trusting someone. The gentlemen at this specific location (specifically Ernest) took care of me and fixed everything out of the kindness of their heart when they did not have to. I'll never forget their kind act.

I made my appointment online with no problems. I showed up on time and they immediately took my car and did an oil change. The oil change was done in excellent time. I usually service my Mini Cooper at AutoNation and I will now have Pep Boys service my Mini Cooper with all maintenance requirements. Brett did an excellent job on my car. I am so impressed. I did not have to wait 3-4 hours like I did at the other service center. I will be back.

Went to get my car diagnosed last week and the technician's told me i needed a transmission i was like you have got to be kidding so yesterday i took it to aamco and guess what it had nothing to do with the transmission at all it was the Cadillac converter and the technician's their was so nice he told me i am not going to charge you just go right across the street and they will take care of you aamco you are the best and pep boys never again i have never been so disappointed.

Have had my car serviced here a few times now, they have always been helpful and fair. This last time I tried booking an appointment online that didn't end up going through, but they still worked me in on the spot at the time I was supposed to have the appointment. The initial quote for the service I requested was $41, but after evaluating the vehicle, it turns out there were 3 separate issues not just 1. They kept me updated the whole time, and the final price came out to just $76 after fixing the additional issues, because they added some of the additional parts for free. Overall have always been happy with their service.

I had a wonderful experience at this Pep Boys today. Aaron was helping myself and my mom, and truly gave us the best customer experience we have received in a very long time. It was raining, and while my car was being worked on, he offered to drive us to lunch so we didn’t have to walk. And even picked us up when my car was ready! All the employees were extremely kind and we will definitely be back for new tires in the future!

I had an appointment for a simple oil change at 9 AM, expecting it to be a quick and efficient process. Instead, it took until 1 PM to finish! For a basic service like an oil change, this wait time is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I brought my Scion TC in, paid over $60 for a full synthetic oil change, and expected professional service, but that was far from what I received. The staff, especially the cashier, was disengaged and barely communicative, making me feel like my presence and my time didn’t matter to them. To make matters worse, they handed me the wrong log for the courtesy inspection! This level of disorganization and lack of attention to detail is shocking. Pep Boys, get it together! If I’m paying for an appointment, I expect my car to be serviced promptly, with accurate documentation, and with customer service that at least pretends to care. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I recently had the best service experience while getting the battery changed in my Range Rover, and I can’t say enough good things about it! Aaron was the technician who assisted me, and he truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, Aaron greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel at ease. I often feel anxious about car maintenance, but he took the time to explain the process in a way that was both clear and reassuring. His professionalism and expertise shone through as he answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What impressed me the most was Aaron's exceptional kindness. He treated me with respect and genuinely cared about my experience, which made a typically stressful situation so much more pleasant. He even followed up to ensure that everything was working perfectly after the battery installation. I never thought I would say that I actually enjoyed getting my battery changed, but thanks to Aaron, it was a positive experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for top-notch service and a friendly face, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Aaron. He is a true asset to the team!

These guys really know what they’re doing. And not only that, the customer service is Second to None. Go see them for anything. Tires, suspension, diagnostics, and even maintenance is affordable.

Very bad service. Gave me a price of $29 then raised it to $145 just to change a battery and we even had the battery just needed help switching it out. Then we came right down the road and they only charged us $40

This location doesn't have a way to run your car inside the shop to get your vehicle codes to reset. Other than that, the service is great and their customer service skills are as well. Especially Cat.
