It’s only been 3 months and it’s obvious they did a shoddy work on my brake change. I hear grinding and squeaking, plus there is a weird feel to the break peddle. I’m never going here again. With the amount of time I had to wait in order to get this done, I expected better quality.

Can't thank Mario, Tony and William enough for getting my wife's car running after it ran hot on me today. I had an appointment today for a coolant systwm evaluation at another location, but while on my way there it started running hot, and 3 times I had to pull over and let it kewl down. As it turns out I was closer to the Seminary location, so I had it towed there, and they immediately got to work diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. I'm grateful knowing she'll be able to drive without worrying about it running hot again. Thanks Guys for an AWESOME job!!!

Labor fee is a little bit too much and it took too long to complete the service but the the quality is pretty good .

Charles was very helpful and integral with his communication. He went above and beyond to be transparent and honest with the labor and cost before starting the process. Ben was the mechanic and he is a devoted worker. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I witnessed him, diligently working to get the cars in and out of efficiently and effectively. He has a servant’s heart and knows how to take care of his customers. Thanks Charles and Ben for making this experience remarkable as I’m fairly new to the DFW area and the thought of finding an integral auto shop was daunting at first. Quick and thorough. Ben is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled Master Techs I know and I only allow him to work on our family’s vehicle. He did a phenomenal job inspecting and replacing a front hub on my truck.

Had all my gaskets done at the same time I even paid for the extended warranty the valve cover started leaking 2 months later the Hispanic manager was being rude and wanted to not honor the warranty saying I had to wait after 6 months and even canceled my appointment after I was at home I came back with my camera and he agreed to fix it . They did next month the the tube seals leaked oil on my plug and needed to be replaced also they charged me 110 to diagnose and I had to buy my own plug and coil even tho there bad gasket jod is to blame... Now here I am today back at the same shop with the same car and the same problem... Ps and I recorded him speaking about how he lied about the last job and just replaced my sparkplugs and said they redid the gasket . And yes it's is still under warranty ..the other people are polite but This manager Martinez needs fired if u see him just go to a nother location or wait for the cool guy who rides motorcycles to work

I went in for an alignment on my truck, and they estimated it would take an hour to complete. The staff was very nice and polite, providing me with an honest and complete price for the service. I waited for the work to be finished on my vehicle, and it was completed as initially described, with the price also matching the initial quote. The staff was very polite, honest, and above all, professional. It's a great place to get reliable work done on your vehicle, as they have been around for a while. The pricing was fair, and they also offer a long desk where you can sit, plug in your phone or tablet, and wait comfortably.

Paid for alignment. One week later still was pulling with my new tires. Manager Martinez would not realign without charging again so I went to another shop to correct the pull. Cant see paying Pep BOYS a second time for a job not done right. If they couldnt do it the first try what makes me think a second paid job would be any better. Horrible customer service at this Pep Boys.

Guys were nice. Went in for a tire installation and alignment. They told me it'd be 1.5 hrs and it took 3. Other than that everything went fine. They charged me what was quoted and car came back the way I left it.

I just LOVE coming to this particular Pep Boys location. The service is always TOP NOTCH especially because of my guy BEN. I have made Ben my personal Pep Boys mechanic lol :) When he performed work on my Mercedes for the 1st time I was hooked. He truly takes pride in his work. He is kind, integral, honest & respectful. He is very efficient, thorough & detailed when it comes to diagnosing the problems with your vehicle and also with the repairs. The other staff are wonderful too. Thank you TONY for your assistance and the others for making the atmosphere worth coming too and also while waiting on your vehicle. I can't forget about the Managers CHARLES & HILARIO they are awesome too! When I don't have a repair that only Mercedes Benz Dealership can handle, Pep Boys on Seminary is my favorite place to go for those repairs. I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of with lies and false repairs that are not needed and made up prices. Thank you all! #happyandsatisfiedcustomer :)

I scheduled an appointment online for the seminary location in Fort Worth and the service was horrible I mean bad . My vehicle needed an alignment. What should have maybe took 2 hours took most of the day I dropped my vehicle around 11:30 am and didn’t get it back until almost 6 pm . I had to call several times and all I got was the run around. So I decided to go in to find out what was the situation with my vehicle and when I entered 3 associates were in the lobby 2 employees 1 manager . Neither of them acknowledged I was there never asked if I needed help they just went on about their own conversation. They were to busy talking about another employee girlfriend. Customer service here was so disappointing if the founders were alive today they would be totally disappointed how this location service had become . Why go to a business were no one acknowledges you including the manager . He should be an example to his employees but obviously not . DO NOT GO TO SENINARY LOCATION I HAD BETTER EXPERIENCE AT THE LOCATION ON ALTAMESA

I've never been to a place where after waiting 8 in-store hrs and 5 DAYS of out-of-store time they still failed to find my A/C problem. Imagine driving away in a hot car in a Texas June after all that. They cost me 5 days of work and I was forced to go to Autonation Ford anyway (who found my problem in 3hrs...imagine that). Avoid.

They provide excellent customer service and are very friendly. However, they are also extremely busy. Always. So if you need repairs in less than a day or two, i would recommend somewhere else.
