I bought tires online and scheduled an 8AM service. Price of tires were fine. My interaction with the staff was fine. My only gripe was how long it took - 4.5 hours! I think there were only two individuals working and a third in the front. On another occasion I did an alignment, it took 2.5 hours. I then needed a camber bolt which they did not have in stock. Took another 2 hours to get it delivered, installed, and realigned. All this is to say, if you value your time I suggest you go somewhere else. For comparison, I got tires at America's Tires, 8AM appointment, I was in/out in 45 minutes.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. I was helped right away at appointment time and brake service was done on time and was done right. Text notifications keep me informed on service status.

I went in for a wheel alignment check and inquired about a dash light. The MAN at reception told me that my car was not able to be inspected after I told him that it had the oil pressure light on. He went to the extent of telling me my car was going to blow up I drove it home very rude and not helpful at all.

Very unprofessional they wouldn't even check out one of my tire after my siblings ran over a pot hole, since he is sooo professional without looking he just assume I have a crack rim. Would not recommend this place to anyone, I would rather support the smaller shop they actually help people in needs.

Have to withdraw my 5-star review from a month ago. I've been swindled. Tim is a crook. Was a pleasure and easy having an oil change and new brake pads installed with Mark. About 2 weeks later I ran over a nail and decided to have the front tires replaced. It was Tim that oversaw the service this time around; boy was his demeanor unwelcoming and unprofessional. I guess I asked some dumb questions and got some of the verbiage wrong.. He would just stare at me like I was an idiot, waiting for me to fill in the blanks, not at all taking the initiative to inform with actuality, total opposite of Mark. A few days later my tire light on the dashboard was on despite them being at proper PSI, and my radiator began to leak again.. Granted, the radiator was already compromised, but Mark assured me it would hold up a couple more months from the prior visit. Tim also alleged the wheel struts to be bent / leaking. I have another, independent shop servicing my car right now; they inform me the struts are fine. I feel like Tim was just trying to take advantage of me, and get me to spend more on my Pep Boys credit card. Don't let Tim near your car. If you're the owner reading this, I think you're better off without him. To motorists, if you have to go to a pep boys, go to a different location.

Simply inspection for uber. The guy front desk. He said 10 to 15 minutes. But the guy he keep busy his phone.. & waiting almost 1 hour with out chair to sit and no ac..

All the years I have lived here in Fresno and all the mechanic shops I have been too pep boys was really helpful. Just cause I am a women sometimes men mechanics can make you feel dumb incompetent. Pep boys did not make me feel that way for me it was a good experience and I will be a regular customer

6 hours for an oil change when I showed up early with an appointment is ridiculous Edit: I needed my truck back for my shift as it wasn't completed, and took it in the following day and it's been another 4 hours.

If I could rate my experience here I would rate it a zero. One of their mechanics messed up and inserted the WRONG key into my ignition. At first they were able to correctly insert the right key and drive my car up into their bay. However, when they finished the oil change, the mechanic inserted the wrong key, forcing it into the ignition and tried to start it up. This caused the key to be stuck inside the ignition. I spoke to their store manager Mark Cypert. He told me that it was my fault for not telling them about the two keys I had. It is common sense, when a key doesn’t fit it won’t click. The only reason why it got stuck was because they forced it in. This is negligence on their part. Mark told me that they cannot do anything about it but to contact a locksmith. I was told that I would have to pay even though it was their mistake. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here if you do not want the same thing to happen to you.

Excellent and amazing service however, the air-conditioning is out at this location and it’s completely miserable. If you have to wait, I recommend getting a ride you will be soaking in sweat. It’s absolutely way too hot these days to be sitting inside of a building with no AC. Other than that, the customer service was amazing.

It was 100 degrees outside and the building was hotter than the outside. Staff had fans and a portable AC on them but left the customers to suffer without any kind of cooling. Id would rather much had a fan than the TV that was provided. Dont bring your vehicle in if you plan to wait for it, you'll get baked from the heat of the store. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been a devout Pep Boys customer with a Pep Boys credit card for over 30 years.The manager/Mark didn't acknowledged my presence, and when I tried to talk to him he acted like he couldn't understand simple English. Pep Boys have become an inferior business due to rude unAmerican employees with bad manners! Not like it used to be. USA! USA! USA!

Came in at 530pm needing a valve stem replacement. Employee didn’t seem to want to do any other work due to them closing at 6pm. Waved off and told they wouldn’t have anything available and they were closing soon. Terrible service.

Thanks for getting our side view mirror and switch installed so quickly! Pep Boys Kings Canyon and Clovis has been taking care of our cars for over 35 years ... wouldn't trust anyone else!
