Horrible lugar. La atención es malísima , ellos atendiendo los carros y fumando tomándose el tiempo del mundo no vayan si no quieren perder su tiempo , please guys avoid this place they don’t have the minimum care for their customers, if you want to save time go to somewhere else thank me later

I’m not sure who I spoke to over the phone to complete my order but it was very easy and efficient. Robert checked me out and he was super helpful and informative. All the guys here are very well mannered and helpful. This is my third visit at this location and every visit has been great. In and out service!!! I drive far just to visit this location.

Friendly and great prices! Even though they had 4 mechanics and one car other than mine they took their sweet time being on the phone instead of working on the cars, I can tell they get pay by the hour Robert was at the front and took care of me with such of profecionalisim. My favorite place to do oil changes.

Had a tire pop on me while driving home. They were less than a mile away and took care of it right away. The guy at the front desk could read my mind and got me the cheapest price possible, without being TOO cheap where I'd regret it later.

I wanted to schedule an appointment for the day after Christmas at the North Miami Beach Pep Boys location. I needed to have my rear, self-leveling shocks replaced. Because of the holidays, they were running a little short-staffed. So, rather than wait, they suggested that I try their Hialeah location. Once I arrived, I stood outside and watched the lead mechanic complete the job. He was amazing! Every move he made was highly calculated and super-efficient. There was no wasted time or energy. He completed the work in half of the estimated time, which ended up saving me some money. I later learned that he holds every mechanic certification under the sun; a true professional. Thank you, Pep Boys.
