Got a nail in my back rear tire in a place that didn’t allow a patch. So it was replaced without incident. The staff was very eager to help out and advise. Took barely any time was in and out perfectly content and safe again. Thanks Guys Oscar, Patrick, and Isaac 😊

I had a great experience. Patrick -the manager was extremely helpful and explained to me the work he did on my tire. He found a screw and was able to patch up my tire. The wait was not long either. I would definitely come back to the Pep Boys at this location.

Oscar actually assisted me with an item I purchased from AutoZone. He saw me in a state of confusion and came to my rescue. As I was trying to verify the workability of the wiper, my vehicle wouldn't turn over. Oscar said I needed a battery. I then became a PepBoys customer. 😃. Oscar showed me to the lounge and suggested I have a cup of coffee. I had a cup of coffee. While waiting I overheard Oscar talking with another customer and realized I also needed an oil change. No worries, Oscar added it on. Then I needed a potty brake.😄. Let me tell you, I don't recall ever being in a male dominant business that had such a clean restroom. I was told to thank Patrick for that. I did. 😊. Thanks to David for replacing my battery and changing my oil. I shall be back. Thanks guys!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Takes them 2.5 to change 2 tires smh. Employee just been chilling and answering phones. If I would had taken it to a tire shop I’m sure it wouldn’t take this long. Keep seeing the “Guy” working on my truck in and out answering phones while I see other employees on their phones!

I arrived to this PepBoy’s location and was instantly greeted and assisted with professionalism. As a second time customer, I felt assured that my repairs would be executed well given my prior experience. On this particular occasion, I needed a quick repair as I prepared to drive for a long road trip and I was not disappointed. This location has quickly become my go-to for all my car service needs. I extend much gratitude and appreciation to this location’s staff! You all are phenomenal. Thank you!

Set an 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took an hour and a half. What is the point of the appointment? Then when they were finally done I went and paid then they couldn't find the ket to my tuck. They kept asking me if I had the key as if I was trying to stay longer than I already have. The young kid at the counter was a nice guy but the scheduling here and management need to step it up.

Took more than 3 hours 30 minutes to do the Oil Change / Brake Flush and Alignment, came at 9 am and my car was on the bay at 10:30 am , wasted 90 minutes for no reason , after 2 hours the tech shows up and notified that the drain plug was damaged , they did not have a drain plug in stock, later got it from auto zone , it cost $7 , but I was charged $12 , the manager told me and also the SA that I will not be charged for Drain Plug , later I check the invoice and find out I was charged, 2 manager and 1 SA was in the lobby , they were short handed, and it was not busy , I am really disappointed overall .

Upon my arrival at the designated location, I was informed of an unforeseen delay in the scheduled appointment. I was advised that if I returned in two hours, I would be prioritized and accommodated promptly. Adhering to the instructions provided, I returned at the specified time, only to encounter a similar situation. Regrettably, I had to endure a four-hour wait for a procedure that ultimately took a mere twenty minutes to complete. This experience left me profoundly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Oscar and his team are absolutely amazing. I had to get some unexpected repairs done to my car and they really took the time to walk me through all my options and help me understand everything that was going on even though I was REALLY overwhelmed. I did not feel rushed and they were really patient with me. It seems like it's hard to find truly good/genuine service these days but it still truly exists with Oscar and his team. Thank you!

Patrick at the front desk did a great job and was not pushy. He offered all the information and was not upset when I did not go with the recommended repairs. I went in for an AC evaluation. They ended up, with my permission, doing a complete evac and recharge of AC system. It did not fix the problem and the said my compressor was weak. So I picked up the car drove it about a quarter mile away, and then went and did errands with my wife. About 3 hours later the car wouldn’t start. When I called Pepboys, Oscar informed me that I could have the car towed back to them, they would diagnose the problems and give me a price to fix the car. He said that they didn’t touch the charging system and therefore it is not their responsibility. Also that since I drove it off the lot, and got to my destination, they were no longer responsible. The only reason they get 1 star is because of Patrick.

Patrick was very informative and made my visit as painless as possible. I also appreciated the WiFi and desk space in the waiting area where I could plug in my laptop and get some work done while waiting on the repairs. Edit: my car performed very well after the repairs. Patrick pointed out some non-urgent repairs, but suggested I had time to make room in my budget rather than push me to get them done immediately. I will definitely be back for more service like we got in “the good old days”.

Don't go there and if you do and you speak to Patrick write down everything he says, he doesn't know basic information about his place of enployment and will lie to you if he makes a mistake. Double check what they are charging you for. Make sure they do not work on your vehicle until you get a set price. Also there is an Autozone next door, see if you can get the park cheaper there. They will take advantage and order the most expensive brand and make you pay for it.

Shop manager Oscar was so quick to pinpoint my tire problem . And the all team did an excellent job from the quote to the actual fix. Ended up buying 2 tires and fixed my brakes. Knowledgeable and Honest Oscar earned my trust and I found a new shop for all my car problems. Great job Oscar.

Vehicle lost heat recently, i residing in Texas. I was miserable. I remembered Oscar, who fixed my light assembly a few months ago. He's always courteous and willing to help. Aoni called up pep boys, I knew he would be able to assist! I brought my vehicle in and within hours I was running cool again. I love this location and I love Oscar

Wasting of time at this shop. Had an appointment for oil change at 9am then they told me come back at 11 because they were because now 12:15pm minutes my car still not in the shop. God knows when they will finish it. This is will be last time I come here. Now 2pm till it gets done. Lazy people

Didn't learn my lesson from last year when I had all the issues. I am traveling tomorrow and only place that was available due to my work hours. Three +hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When we got here there was one car in front of us. 100% sure this was retaliation for last year because people that came in after us were here less than an hour and we're checked out right behind us. And even after we checked out oil change light still on so I hope it was actually done.

Hello & Good Day, I took my car to be serviced at Pep Boys store #333 - 6900 Highway 6, Houston, TX 77084. I had them examine my AC system and rear brake pads. I wanted them to make sure the new brakes I had on installed on May 6th were working well. Mr. Y Williams inspected the brakes, a mechanic for Pep Boys, and diagnosed that I needed to remove and replace the current brake pads and resurface the rotors. I could understand the resurfacing the rotors, but I had new break pads already installed ?!?! This Pep Boys location never gave me a written estimate with the parts AND LABOR! They are claiming with their diagnosis, that NUBRAKES ( the company that installed the original new break pads, followed up for FREE to examine the existing brake pads and did an excellent job! ) installed faulty brake pads! I would like the original service information from mechanic Y. Williams, detailing the reason why I would need new brake pad, from service work order #2331909? In addition, I returned to have the AC repaired and have the brake pads reinspected. I wanted this auto shop to provide me the service details of work order #2331909? They would not and changed the report in service order #2333669. 8 days later, my car has started to violently vibrate at high speeds. I am taking it to DISCOUNT TIRES and have them look at the problem. I am done with Pep Boys #333. If I were you, I would avoid them like the plague! If I don't get any answers, I am going to the Feds and maybe they will launch a national investigation with plenty of class action lawsuits, because I don't know if this is an anomaly or a culture of "standard operations" at this Pep Boys.
