This is the best Pep Boys centers I’ve been to. Saheed and Aquanetta always give great and personable customer service and make sure I am taken care of every time I visit. The mechanics do a great job too and I am always in and out quickly.

What was supposed to be a quick oil change turned out to be alot more more work. The last oil place stripped my drail plug. They were able to get it out without damaging the oil pan. They were so amazing and caring! 10/10!

I am so happy with the service I received! On top of excellent customer service from Mims and Saheed, my vehicle is driving soooo much better, no more vibration, brakes are spot on! I don’t mind the wait when I know my car is being serviced correctly. Definitely a forever customer, as long as these two are at the front desk!

Set appointment for tire rotation and check alignment. After 2.45 minutes later service manager needs to be sent to customer service school, communication skills, to his service technicians needs improvement, was a Pepboys customer for many years. I do not recommend this store. Will be taking my money to a better place. I highly recommend Discount Tire for better customer service, never again this stores service sucks and service management needs big improvement.

This guys we're trying to charge $100 for a oil change to a V6 Toyota Corolla.. this is rip off place. Not even in the dealership charge that much.. if you want to get oil change with faster time just go to Walmart around the corner. They faster more professional great job and wayyyyyyyy cheaper..

Very unprofessional. I set up an appointment three days in advance to come in on Monday, 8am for a state inspection. I drove all the way there, arrived on time, for the guy at the front desk to tell me that the guy that does state inspections isn’t coming in today. Waste of my time. Waste of my morning. Tells me the place across the street does state inspections but they weren’t even open yet. Thanks for nothing.

Do not recommend. Was charged over 700 to replace 2 rotors and sets of brakes. Paid and disputed the charge 2 years ago through my bank. Hopefully they have new management now.

I asked for new brake pads front and rear. I asked to turn the rear rotors. Mr Saheed tried to tell me that he would not know until the pass inspection. He didn’t know I am a master mechanic myself. He was persistent that they would have to be replaced. Then he wants to tell me from just him looking at them that he didn’t seen any problems. I told him the reason and location for needing them turned. His response was, I’m not a technician. I said goodbye. Very dangerous place to take a chance with your vehicles service. This is just my opinion. I will now show my son how to do this service at home on Labor Day. Change of vacation plans. Thanks Saheed for being so disappointing. I regret that Pep Boys will directly be effected on how your damaging their reputation.

I was initially hesitant to come to this location due to past negative experiences. Ms. Arquanetta was courteous in providing information about the diagnostic fees via phone. I decided to give this location another chance. Upon coming into the location, she greeted me with a smile and checked me in quickly for diagnostic services to see the cause of my check engine light. After the inspection of my check in engine light being on. Mr. Saheedbello took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. He discussed what services was needed now and also other recommendations for services that my car will need soon. Also, he helped to find a discount coupon that would help me save some money. The customer service was outstanding all around. The mechanic/tech took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. The shop stayed open until my vehicle repairs were done. I would definitely be back to this location for services! Update 1: A week after getting the work done, I took my car back bc of issues. After 1.5hrs of checking to see what the issue, they tried to tell me that it was leaking coolant. No leaks in my garage or anywhere else. I kept getting the run around. I only drove 2 miles in a week. Coolant was below the low mark. They never refilled the coolant. This caused my car to have other issues! After $900+, my vehicle still has issues. Choose another location if possible.

I am Glad I didn’t hold my breath for a call back as stated when I visited Pep Boys on Sept 18, 2024. I guess the “specialist” had other priorities, which is fine but it would have been nice to keep a customer updated. 😒
