I made an appointment at 1:00. They did not touch my car until 3:00 p.m.. I was told that my entire appointment should take 2 hours max. I did not leave until 4:35. There was no communication even though I kept asking and at the end they said I "should have said something". At the very least they could have discounted me for the misinformation and lack of professionalism. I won't be coming back.

The minute I walked into the store, I was greeted, told them what the situation was, Mr. Julius Ceaser was very helpful, checked tire and was able to have one of the techs fix the issue! Great place, awesome customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I made an appointment for 10 a.m. and arrived at 9: 40. I waited on my vehicle. I was leaving at 10:13. Love the quick service. My car rides like it did when it was new. So Happy!

Called 4 times today between 7:10-7:25pm with no one answering. Business says it closes at 8pm and i doubt they are packed with work . They just don’t want to answer. Just wnated to check on price for a service i was going to do tomorrow.

Les tomó 2 horas cambiar la batería de mi carro: una hora y media quitando la batería y media hora colocando la nueva. Anteriormente, me han hecho el cambio en 15 minutos. Si no saben cambiar la batería de un auto en específico, deberían decirlo en lugar de jugar al mecánico. Espero no tener que regresar porque dejaron algo mal puesto. It took them 2 hours to change my car battery: an hour and a half to remove the battery and half an hour to install the new one. Previously, I’ve had the battery changed in 15 minutes. If they don’t know how to change the battery of a specific car, they should say so instead of pretending to be mechanics. I hope I don’t have to come back because they left something improperly installed.

I'm so grateful I was referred to this store, by two different people. The manager Mike has excellent customer service, and always makes sure everything is working A1 when he does the job. The mechanic I was dealing with told me my engine was bad, or the car had an electrical problem. It wouldn't go no faster than 20 miles an hour, and would eventually stop in drive.He couldn't identify the problem. I thought my car was done, and started catching the bus to get around. I called this location, and spoke to Mike. I was able to tow my car thier a few days later to get a diagnostic, he had the problem fixed within an hour. And I was so grateful to be back rolling, in my nice looking car. I will always and forever, gladly pay the price when dealing with my vehicles, cause I at least know they will take care of the core problem, and I'll be A1. Thanks again Mike!

Disappointed. Despite bringing all the necessary paperwork to honor my battery warranty, I was charged $111 for “installation,” even though the original installation price was $24. This pricing discrepancy, along with the claim that battery replacement was free but not the installation, was misleading and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Additionally, your store manager was involved, which makes this situation even more troubling. The lack of transparency and professionalism during my visit was extremely disappointing. I paid the fee because I was in urgent need of a replacement due to an upcoming trip, but I want to make it clear that I did not agree with the deceptive way this was handled.

Please don’t waste your time coming to this location. We dropped off our vehicle at 11am and came back close to 8 o’clock when they were going to close and my car was still sitting in the same spot where we left it .Eight hours wasted just to patch a tire and employees could care less

Terrible service with little to no communication. Michael told me my car would be done in a hour & that hour came my car finally got pulled in then after 3 hours of waiting my car was still haven't been worked on but the tech that was supposed to be working on it decided to take a break, so I decided to leave the car there because I had plans & would pick up my car the next day, so I called asking for the update & all the was done was the installation of the tires & not the alignment & the sales person told me they'll call me back when the car was done but never called me back. So finally got my car back after 3 days

Can’t explain how thorough and how well these men especially Mike communicated with me. First time with a flooded engine and boy I was stressed. Mike though is communicated every second and was able figure out the best process and most efficient plan to work on my car. Appreciate you Mike.

Fui por un diagnóstico porque me estaba fallando el aire acondicionado, en el diagnóstico resultó que el abanico del radiador no funcionaba, pero ellos me sacaron un presupuesto para repararlo por más de $1000 lo cual me pareció un precio excesivamente costoso y solo les dije muchas gracias pero que me iba a llevar mi Auto.,sobre la atención y la cita fue muy buena el diagnóstico también fue rápido Aunque deberían ajustar bien los precios, en la página web dice un precio y cuando llegas allá el precio es diferente aunque no era mucha la diferencia pero debería haber más transparencia.
