They sold the retail store portion to a competitor. Now they specialize in tires and their big repair shop. The associate that answered the phone was knowledgeable, caring and helpful.

Went to a different store and got the same from the last location. Useless customer service. One location on eastern next to a Walmart store the other was on flamingo almost nearing Boulder Hwy. Please I appreciate your help and support but it should have been handled better by your team members. Thank you for your time and effort in wanting to correct my issue with your company.

I recently took my car in for front brake pads, and I was very impressed with the service. Andrew went above and beyond by inviting me to physically inspect the worn pads after removing the tire, giving me confidence that the replacement was truly necessary. The transparency and attention to detail made me feel comfortable having my car serviced here. Highly recommend this location for honest and professional service!

Pat was so Awesome! I originally ordered my tires and set an appointment thru Walmart on serene for 10a, while there they cancel my appointment telling me their tool wasn’t strong enough to get the lugs off that I had to go to the dealer. They loaded my tires in the car and I went on my way, of course no one told me most places won’t use tires you purchased elsewhere. Luckily, I passed this Pepboy’s location on my way home to regroup. Pat took me in and explained that he could try with his tool and made sure I understood if he couldn’t get it off or if it broke that I could accrue more cost. He was amazing, and he got all the lugs off and put on my new tires! I am so thankful, saved me so much money and strife! Pat saved the day!

A Great Place! Finally a place that really cares about their customer’s experience and wants it to be GOOD! Not only have they been fair and ethical with us, but we witnessed them treating others with respect and understanding…and explaining things clearly and simply to other customers to help the customers make their best decisions and also save money when possible. Andrew was especially great. It’s rare to find a person and a company that truly puts the customer above the dollar. Very fair. We are very happy with our services here!

Everyone at the shop was super nice and Andrew at the front was very friendly and made sure everyone was taken care of in a reasonable time. Pat and Tony were great and efficient getting everything done and talked me through every step of the process which was great and made me feel really informed and good about choosing to come here to get a check up on my car. Definitely will be coming back.

They charged me for brand new rotors that I didn’t need, AND NEVER EVEN PUT THE NEW ONES ON!!!!!! They put cheap brakes on old rotors that hadn’t been turned. The next day after service, I heard squeaking and grinding. I looked and saw my same old wavy rotors. I complained, but the manager argued with me like a street thug. A year later, I NEED NEW BRAKES AAAND ROTORS! Since they serviced the vehicle last year, I immediately noticed brake dust on my rims the next day, which means they used cheap brakes instead of ceramic brakes.

I needed a new bulb on the drivers side and they fixed it within minutes!! I am sooo grateful their mechanic has small hands otherwise the left side of the car wouldve been removed!! Thank you for saving me Pep Boys!!! :) Happy Customer

Only rating 2 stars because the store manager, Andrew, was helpful in getting my initial set of new tires exchanged under Pep Boys' Ride Happiness Guarantee. Otherwise, it would have easily been a 1 star review. The bad review is because one of their technicians, Marco, is horrible at least when it comes to installing wheels and tires. When I had my initial set of new tires put on, he doesn't use one of the bays with a car lift but instead uses a car jack, on uneven ground, outside one of the bays. He then forgets to balance one of the wheels. I figure this out as I am driving down the highway and it sounds like I'm being chased down by an apache helicopter with the vibrations too match. It was also evident because all the balancing wheel weights were changed except on the one wheel. I've talked to him about this, no apology or anything. Fast forward to the aforementioned tire exchange, Marco helps with the install and tells me that one of my rims are bent and that he did his best to balance the wheel. I'm thinking to myself that I've had 3 other balances over the past several weeks, leading to the exchange, to try and help the initial set of tires with the road noise, and noone to that point has had an issue balancing the wheels or had made mention of a bent rim. I take my vehicle to another Pep Boys location to have them validate or invalidate this bent rim claim and lo and behold no bent rim and no issue balancing the wheels. Not sure if I'll ever be back to this particular Pep Boys location but I'm certain Marco will never touch my vehicle ever again.

Me and my sister were passing through Vegas on our way to idaho when my car started making a horrible noise. I made an appointment for the next day for a diagnosis and when we went in they dismissed us in less than a minute and wouldn’t help us find someone els. 11 hours later my dad looked to see that it was just my skid plate rubbing agents my fan that cools my engine. If they would have taken the time I reserved to just listen to the sound I would have had drove home safely.

Very good service. They were very professional and explained what needs to be done and let you know when it will be finished. They gave us warranty from the previous work that was done and detailed the amount that was charged. We are so happy we have a military discount. Andrew the manager was so polite as well as Pat. We have been with Pepboys for a couple of years and we love it. Bravo Zulu.

Was told I would get a 20% off discount, but upon checking out, Marco refused to give me the discount. After getting my car back, the steering wheel and key fob were filthy, covered in black dirt. Front desk person Marco did not have knowledge about what was serviced on my vehicle. When asked if a brake flush was done, he said yes but after calling back, I found out they decided not to do it even though I requested it.
