Siempre avia tenido buena experiencia en pep boys, pero hoy tenía sita en esta tienda para poner las 4 llantas a mi camioneta , y me lleve la desagradable sorpresa de que su mecánico no las quiso instalar que por que mi camioneta estava muy pesada , creo que me toco el tipo de persona con manos de princesa que no le gusta su trabajo .....

Great service at Pep Boys! They did an oil change on my car quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Went there today for an alignment but they refused service came up with an excuse that there's something leaking in my cv axle which has nothing to do with the alignment. They could've still done the alignment which I have a lifetime warranty on. They also mentioned abt shocks and struts they didn't even drive it around to test it. Terrible service. My husband used to work there and they are just trying to upsell customers that's why he left _______ Update : after they replied to my review 3 weeks ago (9/27/24), I emailed them as instructed. They replied right away and even gave me a case # to be reviewed my the field leadership team. Its now 10/23/24, nobody reached out to me still despite of several follow ups thru email. This shows how poor they handle these situations. Never again. I'd rather go to Firestone

Absolute waste of time. Set up an appointment; days in advance. Got there twenty minutes ahead of the appointment. Was told an hour and a half at most. My contact was available. I haven't heard back from them at all. Came back 2 1/2 hours later. They haven't even started the repair. They didn't bother to call it text. When I questioned the staff (Chris) why it wasn't complete and why wasn't I informed; his first response was..."Sir, there is no need to raise your voice" After this passive aggressive tactic to deflect any responsibility; I asked for my keys and left. Don't waste your time at this place of business.

All items were stolen from my vehicle while it was on thier lot, vehicle was stolen from thier lot as well. Still attempting to recover.

I was charged for a Dyno, 110.00 I told them what I needed done 6 hrs. later nothing was done .no call then I returned They tell me, well we think you need . So I said my car been 6 hrs. And no call . I said how much is this going to cost He 110.00 I paid it and left I was that mad

UPDATE - Came back for an oil change and AGAIN GREAT SERVICE! Have another appointment to get radiator hose changed next week. Chris was great! Went in for battery service and he gave me honest feedback. Answered all my questions with other concerns I had as well. VERY HELPFUL. Will definitely be back

We showed up late to our appointment we had the wrong time. They were still able to take us in with a little delay which is understandable. There was a wait g room so we just waited while we got our wheel alignment done. Again exceptional work and service. Thank you

They were very professional and efficient. They did an oil change and also let me know what needed to be repaired on my car in the future. I was very happy I went here. Overall everyone did a great job and not a bad price either.

I made an appointment online for an available morning time slot and 15 minutes prior to my appointment, they left a message and asked if I could schedule for another day. I was already on my way and urgently needed my car fixed so I came for my scheduled time and the staff up front declined services. Very unprofessionally dealt with, and wasted my time.

Incredible experience, I hit a hole in the road and cracked 2 rims and tires on my Tesla. Chris and the team helped with tires and rims and waited several days until they came in. They did a great job! I will definitely be back! Thank you! Alex

They canceled 30 minutes before the appointment because of too much bookings and asked me to reschedule, but who tells me that this will not happen again? I have to work too and I can't wait until they have their bookings correctly coordinated. Later they wrote me an email „, Sorry you couldn't make your recent service appointment with us — do you want to set another time? Just click here to reschedule. Thanks for letting us know you couldn't make your appointment. We hope to see you soon!“ Seriously, it wasn’t me who canceled it! Luckily I found another auto repair who was more reliable and got the job done.

This is the worst possible place to take you car in for service. I had originally set a brake service appointment for a Monday at 12 online, arrived in and they tell me my appointment had been cancelled even though I didn't receive a notification or email of the sort. Then I made another appointment for the next available time for Wednesday at 12. I arrive fifteen minutes early. Get helped at the desk 10 minutes later and they take my car back at 2:30. Two and half hours after my "appointment" it is now 5:55 and I'm still waiting on my car. Yes I am writing this as I wait more than 6 hours for a brake service. Avoid like the plague!!!
