Y’all the manager really took the time to examine my car and he really took time to tell me what was wrong and show me what wrong and I really appreciate him fixing my car. He did a phenomenal job. I really appreciate the work the team did I want to take some lunch because it was a simple task and they did it and I really appreciate all they did for me. Great job Pep great job five star great job.

This is my pepboys location of choice . The nellis location always looks out for me . Finally met Jay and Joel is always awesome . This place has amazing customer service and I always leave satisfied . BIG Thanks to the whole team . 💪🏽

Came here for a brake inspection and was told I need front and rear brakes. I told them to only do the front. Went to another shop to ge the rear brakes and was told they were fine. They still changed them and gave me the old one to use in case I needed an extra pair. They basically lied to me. And they also never gave me my old brakes so I don’t know how used they were. This was 2 months ago and my brakes sound worse than before. I would not recommend this shop to any one. The guy in the front office was complaining about how the shop might close because the don’t make enough money. Seems like they’re just in need of money more than customers.

Jason (Jay) had an excellent customer service attitude when he booked the appointment for me, then Joel (the Pep Boys store manager) provided even better service when I took our car in for an alignment. I needed a diagnostic done on the car’s electrical system (head lamps) and, since this Pep Boys didn’t provide that service, they recommended me to a technician not too far away. This location and its staff are great!

Jason was awesome. Uber/Lyft inspections are from noon to 1600. I arrived a little after 1600 but he still took care of me. Awesome customer service. If you need your rideshare inspection this is a great place to come

Great service. Pepboys is the only auto service shop I know that closes till 7pm so I relied on them when my car battery died and all the other shops were closed.
