We had an appointment for the purchase of four tires, mounted, balanced, and four wheel alignment. We came earlier than our appointment and they were able to get the vehicle in for the service within 15 minutes. After the service was complete we drove the car away and found out theTPMS was not properly calibrated and reset to reflect the new tires. Furthermore, we found the air inflation was improper. Overall, good service but we did have to come back for them to complete the entire task. Though there were some hiccups in the service, the staff was friendly and helpful and I would recommend this place to others.

I want to thank the Assistant Store Manager “MJ” at the Pep Boys located on 506 S Decatur Blvd for assisting me. He’s patience, exceptional customer service, professionalism & promptness is what got me to leave a well deserved review. I needed some work done & to be approved through the warranty company & he made it happen & I say jumped right on it to the point I didn’t mind having to wait a few hours for approval. Thanks again for all your help!!

Outstanding Service from Manager Tom I had the pleasure of speaking with Manager Tom at another Pep Boys location, and I can’t say enough about how professional, courteous, and understanding he was. After a frustrating experience at a different location, Tom took the time to listen to my concerns and reassured me that his store prioritizes helping customers on time when they have scheduled appointments. His friendly demeanor and genuine concern for my situation immediately stood out. He explained how things should have been handled and made me feel valued as a customer, even though I wasn’t at his store. Tom exemplifies what great customer service looks like, and I truly appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to help, even from a distance. Pep Boys is lucky to have a manager like Tom. His professionalism and care are a breath of fresh air, and I would not hesitate to visit his store in the future. Thank you, Tom, for setting the bar so high!

This is a bad place bad service I forgot take notes about the license plate for a lyft inspection I tell the guy when you go to my car can you please write down the plate they said noo witch bad aptitude drivers goo to pep boys at 4141 rancho Dr great service

I'm only giving four stars because I had to drive back to get tire air caps and get my tires inflated with more air. I thought just one second look could've been done but they were very helpful when I came back. The manager and Nathan and Joshua. Great at what they do.

Richard was helpful. They don’t take appointments for ride share inspections anymore but walk-ins are welcome between 1-4pm Mon-Fri.

Employee was VERY disrespectful, dismissive, & no lacked basic customer service skills. Nathan & The Store Manager to be EXACT! I came in for a ride-share inspection. Upon walking in the store, Nathan, was handling a situation with a customer. He looked at me & didn’t bother to say Hello or I’ll be with you in a moment. A few minutes after standing in line another gentleman walks in and gets in line AFTER ME. Nathan decides a few minutes after us waiting in line to ask “How can I help you mam.” I replied “Hi I just need a Lyft Inspection.” He said “When the man behind you is done with the clipboard fill out the inspection sheet” so I did & we both continued to wait until he was done with the initial customer. When she walked out Nathan proceeds to help the gentleman that came in AFTER me as if I wasn’t standing there. He didn’t bother to go outside and inspect his vehicle he just signed off on the checklist and cashed him out! He then turns to me and starts just signing off on my inspection sheet as well. Why would I pay $24.99 for you to be lazy and not actually inspect the vehicle as you’re supposed to? When he’s done filing out the sheet he says “$24.99” and I say “Mines must be free since you allowed him to skip me.” He responds and says “He was here before you” which was a LIE and he knew it. He just had a nasty attitude and didn’t care how I felt as if I personally ruined his day. I asked to speak to the store manager to make a compliant and all he does is go look at the cameras and says “oh I guess he didn’t see you” likeeeeeee how the hell did he not see me when he looked at me several times standing in line before the other gentleman showed up. Which by the way while I was standing in line I WATCHED HIM PULL UP through the BIG GLASS STORE WINDOWS. Nathan got mad and dismissed what I was saying all together and the store manager was no better just issued a measly apology as if he didn’t give a damn. So in my opinion I wouldn’t spend another dime at an establishment that would treat someone this way! Clearly Nathan was too lazy to go complete the actual inspections so I paid for his SIGNATURE and got disrespected in the process by two grown men who should know better!

I went into Pep boys to get my tires rotated and got more than I could ever imagine. They do a free car analysis while your car is in there car. It was a good analysis, whereas my car was just recently at the dealership and did not catch this error. My point the dealership will kill you in cost repair. How could they overlook this damaged on the car.

Pep Boys on Decatur and Charleston in Las Vegas is my new favorite place. Tom is by far the best and most patient and professional mechanic I have ever had work on one of my cars. He is a very hard working dedicated and passionate craftsman. I am a very lucky customer to have had he and his team take care of my needs and all of the mechanical issues that needed fixing on my 2010 HHR. They did great work. I drive a 2021 chevy Silverado 2500 that got a new set of Michelin tires and an alignment. The work they performed was thorough and reasonably priced. Only complaints I have are it took 4 hours for them to do it and they didn't put my valve stem caps back on. Other than that would definitely use them again.

Do not come here!!! I don't know who hired these guys or what their qualifications are but I spent too many hours and more than $500 for their diagnostic and for a part that my car didn't even need. They tried to charge me $200 for labor that only took ten minutes which I didn't even need! I had to keep coming back so they can recheck my car and even had the nerve to tell me they were going to have to charge for another diagnostic! After completely wasting my time they told me they don't know how to fix it and that I should go to the dealership to get a master reset. I was outraged on how a company like this could be such scammers and not do their job properly. I went to Charlie's Import Auto Service and they were able to detect the issues and fix both problems that my car had in one day when Pep Boys had me running back and forth for two weeks not to mention I needed all this done to pass smog. Worst inexperienced people that just want a money grab not professional and don't know how to find the true issue with your vehicle. BEWARE!!!

Nathan and Tom were courteous and explained what was going on with my 2018 Kia Soul. They told me in advance of the diagnostic charge and kept me updated on the procedure. When I picked up the car Tom explained in detail what had happened and how they fixed it.

Thank you for being open on Sundays and getting my car done in one day. My ac went out and with the temperature rising and a little one in the car the ac is a must.
