Customer service is terrible, waited a half hour to be seen this morning before someone finally got to me. Brought my car at 8am, didn't get it back until 3. Extremely overpriced, don't give you a quote until after they've held your car hostage for four hours. Also prepare for a $600 brake job. Victor A. was one of the employees who thought it was appropriate to crack a joke as I am checking out about "now here comes the hard part" as I pay half a mortage payment toward this repair two days before Thanksgiving like we're not all struggling in this economy. Completely inappropriate, honestly pretty rude. I asked him if that was a joke and he said I guess not, no apology. Don't go here, give your business to someone else.

The staff and crew were kind, helpful and informative. They figured out my problem pretty quick I might add. The long drive home gave me a new found confidence in these guys. By the way, I'm talking about the guys on Rancho off of Craig. Thanks guys!

My 89 ford van broke down 2000 miles from home, these guys were able to get me in and fixed in less than 24 hours, as well as diagnosing issues other mechanics missed.

Victor was very professional and extremely thoughtful of all my automotive needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my auto services. Only had to wait for 5 minutes to get my vehicle in for an inspection today. Thanks a million guys at Pep Boys. Coming back again for sure.

Straight away from the phone call down to leaving after the service, this crew was outstanding! Victor was so friendly and explained everything. Diane was very efficient and I felt like efforts were made by all to make sure I wasn’t spending money on anything unnecessary. Bonus shoutout to Kai (I’m hoping that was his name), that guy just oozes positivity and pulled people in for chatting while he worked. He made one customer’s day while I was there by filling up the air in her tires and charged her with “having a great day”! I also met Clint (I think he was an area manager visiting the location), he came up and chatted with me asking how the service was, how my day was, and just being friendly in general. The whole crew made extra time to interact with my three year old as well. Thank you crew!

I take it back on my pervious review in this location. Came here today 10-22-24 with an appointment to change my brake pads. Came in at 8am and waited 2hrs just to be called in front desk telling me all these inspection they did and find out they HAVENT EVEN STARTED THE JOB When I was with Victor two months ago it went smooth came in the same hour 8am and quickly. Told me what’s need to be done while starting the job on spot. Very disappointed wasted my time!

Stopped by to have a break light changed on a Saturday afternoon and Victor happily stopped what he was doing, walked out to my car with me, diagnosed the problem and had me on my way in no time. His colleague Kyle surprised me with a cold bottle of water while I waited. I definitely will take the extra drive to return to this location for any of my car needs!

There is a couple Pep Boys closer to where I live that are not bad but I prefer to come to this location a little bit farther because Victor the manager has great customer service. I would recommend them for any service you need for your car. Thanks

He helped me get an honest estimate, was really sweet while making sure I had what I needed, and did all this while there was only him and Kyle ( I think that was his name, if I'm wrong, I'm so sorry) Thank you so much, Vic!
