This is for the Atlantic blvd., Monterey Pk. PepBoys auto service: obnoxious customer service, walk-in & ignored for 15min while clerk is on her phone. Let know was there for an oil change & without eye contact bluntly said was busy and "will get to you when I do". Solely waited because usual place had no more space for walk-ins. After 15min of cracking up surfing who knows what sites on mobile phone said 'so what is it you need?' Will try avoid this place where clerk doesn't value her job.

Adrian.L is a professional and passionate mechanic. Thanks for his work They don't really deserve my trust. I had my motorcycle assessed here a few days ago. Yesterday I went back to ask how much it would cost to fix my brake system. The short skinny supervisor told me it would be about 1000. The assessment showed it was not a big problem, he was just trying to scam more money out of me. When I asked him about the oil leak in the engine, he told me I needed to clean the engine compartment myself before they could check it. What the hell.

Expect a long wait, even with an appointment. I waited over 2 hours to get new tires installed on a Monday afternoon. Service was competent but far too slow.

I was having an issue with leaking coolant I brought my car in and within 3 hours I had my car back with a new coolant tank installed and the problem was solved. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and handled everything perfectly. Pep Boys is the best place to get great service!! I used to go there with my Dad when ever he needed his car fixed when I was a little girl. I am now 79 years old and still trust Pep Boys on Atlantic and Pomona Blvd. Great job guys!! Mary Bugarin

Prompt and courteous service. Had to replace all four tires and got a great deal (half off). The point of sale system was slow but they asked me to be patient and kept true to the appointment time. They even finished the job earlier than anticipated. Second time buying/installing tires at this location. Will go back when needed.

Came in for a simple oil change that I could have done myself. Thinking to just come here to get it done fast was a big mistake. Employee's messing around and talking instead of servicing vehicles, I stood outside for an hour just watch the conversation and another car get taken in before mine. Place is a joke and if you want to feel like the butt of it come visit this gem! Nothing gets done here just a bunch of Kids playing with tools.

I live in Hollywood and needed an emergency set of tires. Jose from the service department told me to be there on a Sunday before 5:30pm. I showed up at 5pm only to be told that he won’t have anyone available at the moment and can schedule me the following day. I know it’s a commission based job but don’t lie to people just to make a buck. You should’ve never even told me to come. He just thought of the money he needs. What a bum. I’ll never go to you guys again. I used to work for pepboys too. I know how you guys operate. Complete trash of a way to do business. Go anywhere but here. Save yourself a few dollars while you’re at it. I’m going to Midas. 💯👍🏼

Horrific experience. I had purchased a road hazard warranty for peace of mind. After encountering a road hazard, there were two severe gashes in my tires exposing the sidewall. After taking my vehicle in, I waited for 2 hours after being told it would only be an hour. They never even called me. I waited across the street for 2 hours and after radio silence, I went in only for them to tell me they wouldn’t do a thing. I had to go in unprompted without any notification waiting an additional an hour only to hear that they didn’t do a thing. Horrible experience. Horrible service. STAY AWAY! Your tires and your time isn’t safe. Save your money and your time.

They did so well! My car wouldn't turn on and I went to them to see if they assist me with my car issue. They're friendly, professional, helpful, and have a lot of knowledge. They run diagnostic test to see if there's any other problems and came out that there's none! Only changing car battery! I highly recommend coming fo them! Shout out to prep boys from East LA! Thank you!!

They want me to waste 1,200 when i said i just want my brakes for two fronts , and i have already done the back side but they refuse my service and took like two hours for them to make a lie to my face and want to waste 1,200 on them and i said no just my brakes which would cost less and less work they told me no and take somewhere else to my face !! I need them for my safely but they denied me the service!!!
