Came to get my car battery fixed because I thought I had a bad battery. Turns out I didn't need one after all, but I'd like to highlight Jessica becauee she made my experience at this location very pleasant from the start. From my questions over the phone, to her detailed information about my warranty should I need help in the future, i really appreciated her help. She offered great service and I will definitely come back to this location because of her. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and professional, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and patience, especially considering my disability. I was pleasantly surprised by how detailed Jessica was when explaining the charges and fees. She also provided clear information about the credit card I could apply for to help manage such large espence due to my fixed income. I would definitely recommend their services.

This Pep Boys is busy. But the mechanics here are experienced. They can even order oem parts for the repair. Done my brakes, tires and simple oil change here. *patched up my tire

Come for the Brakes, leave without your Exaust system intact because they allow thieves access to your vehicle! They left my truck out when it should have been in the garage and of course my Catalytic converter was STOLEN. They acted like it's not their problem. No apology no nothing... Went in for brakes and suspension work and left with a bill for exhaust repair that probably exceeds the value of the vehicle. Also with another problem and unable to work as this is my work vehicle. Where's my money Pep Boys? You are liable for the damage to my property.

Julio and Lupe was incredibly professional and pointed out the issue of loose ground wire causing the battery drainage which shutting off the car on parked. Everywhere I took they said it is low fuel pump pressure and it needs to be replaced which was not the case. My car got towed today and instantly they fixed it. Thank you both so much.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! My car was stolen or as they say towed from the lot as they watched it happen they had no information on who or why the car was towed. They made me pay for services even though without my knowledge of the car not in their possession! I believe it was an inside job! The workers including managers are crooks! & this happened of MLK DAY! How ironic!!! Trust me don’t leave your car with these guys!!! They will be hearing from my lawyers on this and I will be going to the local news with this story because this is absolutely heartbreaking! I am a nursing student and relied on that car to get me to and from school!
