I am a repeat customer at the Crenshaw location. Lupe is my go to technician, Louis, Myron the Manager and Ricardo are all amazing, honest and will take care of you. I needed back brakes for my Honda Civic. I called the store and Ricardo was able to make an appointment for the next day. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted by Lupe who asked questions and wrote up my service order and assured me that he would take care of the inspection and whatever repairs were required. Louis called me with the estimate and Lupe finished the job on time. The cost was less than the dealer quote and came with a warranty. The team at the Crenshaw location are honest, nice and respectful. Thank you gentlemen!

Myron is great. Free service check was amazing and discovered a tire ready to pop. Could have been a terrible accident. Thank God for Pep Boys in a time where services and concern for people is rare.

I was badly in need of break pads I knew for sure.Set up appointment on line and upon inspection found I needed rotaries and I had leak on my rear.I decided to let Pep Boys service my vehicle and it is running like new.True professionals and I am very pleased with customer service skills;which many businesses lack.I would recommend Pep Boys for sure.

Hello, I went in because I was having a slow leak due to a nail in one of my tires. Come to find out all my tires were damaged I'm glad I went in when I did, it could have caused me to be in a very bad accident. The gentleman who service me was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail and even showed me the pictures of my tires and how badly worn out they were. I've had my car since 2019. Thank you very much for you great service!

Their service was so good and very detailed! My tire got stabbed and they not only help put on the new tire but rotate the tire. The manager and the staff also help check on the sound came from the car and make sure the suspension is tight and safe. They care about your safety even after their operating hours! Thanks for all your hard work !

The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. They seached different suppliers to find the best parts for the lowest price to help me save money. The brake job which they performed was done in a timely manner. Myron was especially helpful.

Woke up tuesday morning with a slit tire, drove it here at 8am. They said it would take a few hours to fix the one tire because of the type of vehicle it is, here it is 2pm and its still not ready or even being worked on smh
