New building, old friends. Felt right at home. Great service with great staff. Went for an oil change and asked them if they could also check a strange noise my car was making. Got the oil change, tires rotated and the mechanic found the problem fixed all in under an hour and a half. My car runs and sounds like new

Don’t bother going in if you need a vehicle inspection for Lyft / Uber they will find something small to fail you with like a broken brake light and ask $75 to replace a bulb

Stopped in here kind of late for a Sunday. No other places that could do a front end alignment we're open to compare prices. I thought for sure it would be too late for them to get it done but Matt and the mechanic Nathaniel took care of me. Super fast, super friendly service. I will definitely come back here to check out some tires. The prices that Matt showed me were unbeatable.

I had major NEED for tires. Tyler was great! Had to wait a while, BUT I did come at lunch time. They got me taken care of and On the road as quick as possible. Now back home, to NC!

Nicely remodeled store location. Great waiting room area. I was having 4 new tires put onto my car. They even bagged the two tires that I was taking with me. Will use again!!

The mailman repair guy works there as his second job. They gave me a small discount for the suspension service I did receive.

Long story short. I took my car a year ago to Pep Boys for a simple inspection and left with four new tires and front brakes and a new alignment that wasn't aligned. I took it back immediately to be realigned. And that didn't fix it. So, I was told to go back after that, but I was tired of dealing with it, so I ignored the issue (yes for a year--my own fault). Fast-forward to last week, I went for another inspection and wanted them to finally look at the car pulling to the left. After some hemming and hawing, they said I needed a whole new Steering Rack which they quoted costing roughly $2400. It was then I realized I needed to go to a REAL MECHANIC to have it looked at. Yesterday I went to a local spot in Lexington called Ashley's Wheel and Brake service--HONEST old school cats who do great work. They looked over car. Said it needed an alignment. Nothing else. And then, they asked me, literally, "Where was this work done before?" And I bashfully stated, "Pep Boys." Immediately, the attendant smiled and said, "Our guy got in there and looked at your brakes and other things and quickly thought, 'this was Pep Boys' handiwork.'" They said my Steering Column was right as rain and charged me $100 for an alignment. Needless to say, I won't be going back to The Pep.

My service was performed timely, the manager was on point with my concerns and even found other things that needed repair and told me to come back and two weeks so they can check my oil for me as a courtesy. I had a tune up performed and thought it would take all day. Happy customer

Took my GMC there pep is quick accurate know what they're doing and thorough.... Some service is very affordable not a pain to the pockets and your in good hands once your there so no complaints from me

Horrible service and I truly mean horrible. Was supposed to have an appointment at 1pm that got moved to 4:30pm. I got there at 4:20pm and the mechanic didn’t get there until 5:15pm. Finally I got tired of waiting and I had to ask them what they found around 5:40 and they hadn’t done anything at all. They just been sitting there. 6:05pm comes around and A guy named Matt finally comes with an estimate for back brakes which was different from what they told me earlier. A guy named Donnie said it was the front and I heard him clearly. And Matt was trying to gaslight me into thinking I heard something different. At this point I’ve been waiting for 2 hrs for Matt to say they couldn’t do it that day and he didn’t even know what I needed done yet I was waiting for 2 hrs. Just ridiculous worst experience ever!!!
