Worst place ever. They took almost 3 and half hours to get tires installed and balanced on vehicle and it started vibrating after their service. Took it again and spent almost 2 hours and still the issue is not solved and blamed on my vehicle. I took to the Discount Tire on the same day and they rebalanced in 30 minutes and no issues further. Please don’t choose this place or particularly this location. 0 star would be perfect for their service.

Nathan and Eric were amazing. They got me in and taken care of. I will definitely be back when I need more work. I highly recommend them. They also made sure to tell me about the coupon for $100 off service of $500 or more. Highly recommended.

Accidentally deleted review for Pep boys. Back 2023 I took car in for fuse box replacement. They tried to pend all sort of charges on me for services I never asked for. They tried to scam me twice out of money. My vehicle sat there almost an entire month and I had to make serval of calls about my vehicle being ready. My car sat at the shop in the corner by itself left like garbage because I asked to see where they put it. My vehicle was treated like garbage. They neglected it. I had problems with Pep Boys Frayer Blvd a store you do not want to bring your vehicle to or you will be robbed, scammed and leave with bigger car trouble. They lie cheat scam and steal most of scam artist. They don’t care about your car. All they want is your money. They will leave you at the front with no customer service and will walk around like you don’t exist like you don’t need any service. Customer walk in for help and is turned back out the door. They walk around laughing talking watching tv on there phones like they have no work duties. They let the phone lines ring of hook no answer. They tried to have my car towed intentionally without my knowledge but I knew what type of shop I was dealing with. The supervisor called me lieing taking up for all of the employees wrong doing and putting the shame and blame on me. I was sick of their attitudes, their laziness, their conning, plotting and sneakiness etc. my cars gas was on E when I just put $40 in the take and was told I couldn’t get an alignment only with new purchase tires. This store is good and known for lieing hard. Take car at your own risk ⚠️ to be honest it’s safe to take car some place where they care are honest and will treat your car and you as if you matter. My car had oil leak gas gone neglect in a hot corner full of dirt & dust & the feeling I got standing around in this store they tried to damaged my cars value. They don’t value you as a customer. And they never called me back for appointment to investigate the problem with vehicle never. I didn’t care neither. I bought a new Infiniti a Q50 & Pep Boys are the closest shop to me & I needed a coolant flush and change but looking at the most recent reviews shows everything I experienced from this shop was right & on point cause the reviews of their customers are not a lie at all. I will take my car to this shop if it were the last. You better be smart and keep your safe than sorry. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEP BOYS SHOP ⚠️🚫‼️

I will not ever go to Pep Boys tire shop ever again I went there to get a set of new tires for my 2014 GMC SIERRA 1500 truck, with All 6 chrome lug that's go with my chrome 22inch rims all I asked them to do give me new tires all around, but I had 3 spare tire that I won't back on the backside of the driver side wasn't no good and i ask them to put the three tires them on the back of the bed that I was keeping them for spares, when i pick my truck up all new tires were on the truck the problem was i was missing two chrome lugs, my three tire was not in bed of my truck grease on the doors and tailgate on the inside of my truck my afm was unplugged got down the street just to look under my hood my radiator cap was not on just sitting on my motor had to put it back on went back to Pep Boys ask why is my radiator cap was off and what happened to my lungs I guess this guy was the manager he didn't answer for me I ask about my my two missing lug and the guy who work on my truck said that he had threw the lug away instead of give them back to me because he said they will not go back on the rim for some reason, I pay 1160.00 for some Goodyear tires he said that they don't come with with warranty or Road hazard, he acts like he didn't care about any of that I didn't come in hallow or screening just why I just want my truck back the way I bought it to him with four new tires on it, I ask for a new wheel align he said that I need tire rod which i know i don't because I works on cars especially my cars but I told him that's all right do not do a wheel alignment I will take care of it myself and he did take the price off for the wheel alignment, all of this happen at 6399 Bartlett center store I will never go back to Pep Boys because it was a VERY BAD experiment for me the first time and the last experiment for me and pep boys tire, if anyone asked me how they are I'll tell them that they at their own risk because I had a bad experiment there I'm quite sure all Pep Boys store is not the same as this one I went to but this one gave me a bad feeling especially with the manger But I will not to go to any Pep Boys store ever again once again am not saying all Pep Boys store is not like this one it's gave a bad vibe about any pep boys store.

Warning: Do not go to this location, it's full of deceitful con artists. I brought my Cadillac in for a simple oil change, but the manager and one of the mechanics teamed up to scam me. They intentionally put oil in my radiator reservoir and then tried to convince me that my car had a blown head gasket. I know my car well and with 110,000 miles, it's unlikely. I took it to another shop to fix the issue, costing me hundreds of dollars. I'm not going to let this go and will take legal action against this dishonest place in the Frayser area.

I made an appointment, showed up on time then waited for 45 minutes before they could check my vehicle in. The girl at the customer service counter was dismissive and just played on her phone. Hours went by and still NO phone call from them. I tried calling 9-10 times and the phone just kept ringing. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL and should just close its doors. What a joke!

Had a flat tire on the interstate while passing through and Pep Boys stepped up and repaired the tire for the lowest cost that I ever experienced. Thanks for turning a potential downer into a great experience. You guys rock!

I went to Pep Boys on Frayser Blvd to get oil changed and tires rotated this evening. I am pleased with customer service Nathan and Cindy provided. The oil Change and vehicle inspection was completed by Lonnell. Great service. I was made aware of maintenance items needed air filters, brake pads on front but was not up sale. Great experience. I will be back. I recommend you go check them out.

Real deal people at this shop!!! Passing through town on a road trip and my Frankenstein truck needed a slew of work. I first met Nathan. He didn’t hesitate to help right away, even though there’s cars on every lift. Big up to Twin he got right to work helping out. Nathan even drove me to the parts store which he didn’t have to do and Shannon finished the job off!!! highly recommend this shop I was from out of town they didn’t scam me they were honest, they got me back on the road. If I could give 10 stars they would get them and big up to CindyRella for holding down the office as it was very busy!!! Thank Ya’ll
