ANDRE , FRANCHONE , TRAMEL was very helpful!!!!! I didn't set an appointment and they still looked at my car on a busy day! I knew so much was wrong with it , but they still worked on it! Also they have contagious smiles lol! Thank yall! My new car shop 🫶🏼

My name is Monica and I took my vehicle to pep boys, the biggest most expensive mistake I ever made in my life.they will over charge the hell out of you and still not fix your car. Highway robbery, they charged me $800 and my car isn’t running, take your vehicle to the dealership or a shade tree mechanic not pep boys. Frankshon the manager isn’t right! Add all of these trumped up charges and pretend to be looking out for you. It’s ashame how these auto shops take advantage of people especially women, so sad. I would never advise anyone to risk going to pep boys. Bad reputation, I found out the hard way

Lifesavers! I don't usually do reviews, but I had to after working with Ed and the team. We were visiting from out of state, and after driving seven-plus hours, the transmission slipped, and then the check engine light came on. Ed and the team were on it! This happened on a Saturday afternoon, and no place we called (7 places) had a technician on staff who could do an engine diagnostic check. I spoke to the staff at this location, and not only did they have someone on staff, but they said they'd do their best to get us in and information back on the issue. They called in the part on Saturday from the dealership and were able to fix our vehicle and get us back on the road early afternoon on Monday: excellent service and quality of work. I would highly recommend this team.

Fake reviews! they will cheat you and anyway possible. Save your money and your time there are better places. Buy your own oil, car parts, tires, "etc" Save yourself

Went to get a nail plugged in right front tire on my company vehicle and used my Donlen fleet card and Edward added a coolant flush and a new tire to my bill and a new tire and when I asked who approved that he said Donlen did well I never used a fleet card so I didn't know so it bothered me and I called Donlen Fleet and they said that I requested it all. I told him that was a lie. They have already paid Them so all I can do is post this if Edward is taking care of you be aware he will stick it to you. It might have been Steven that did this I didn't ask guys name.store I'd 6396 work order 2041715 A 30 buck fix cost me 471.20

Worst experience ever. I went there to get a car I just purchased looked at to make sure it was safe for a long trip. I was turned away because they said they had to hold the car for 2 or 3 days until a claim for any possible issues was cleared due to a warranty my car has. I told him I didn't care about the warranty and I was willing to pay for it, then he repeated himself about the claim. I don't care about the warranty, I just wanted my vehicle looked at. 2 weeks prior, I wanted to do something nice for my husband and get the oil changed on his car shown up an hour after opening and was informed I had a 3 hour wait, because the mechanic didn't show up until 9. Why have a shop open with no mechanic?

I just stopped by this location 4.14 23@ 8:45am and requested " Courtesy Air" in one of my tires. Curly red headed guy said their Air pump is on the wall and they don't provide that service to Non Customers. The other guy at the counter I presume was the Manager just put his head down and diverted his eyes. .. I have been a customer there before but no worries since they couldn't provide Courtesy air, I'll take my future business elsewhere and who knows Maybe I needed a TIRE but they just missed a Potential Sale!

I had an appointment for today and the man with the mustaches did not want to see me, he said that I had to get new tires when my tires were new. He just wanted me to pay more and I think he just wanted me to leave to attend to a friend of his.

I wanted to share that Stephen at the Pep Boys location on 6791 Shelby store number 6396. Was so kind and very efficient. He was extremely helpful and any questions I had he answered them. He's the best.

Just wanted to say the Ed is a class act. He was honest in letting me know they couldn’t diagnose my car and waved the diagnosis fee because “they couldn’t work on the car”. Not many shops will take this approach. I hope to not need to come back, but if I do I know my car will be in honest hands.
