Services provided were great. The adviser was pleasant, professional, and transparent. She explained the costs and answered my questions. The lobby was clean and comfortable. No line. I didn't rate my experience 5 stars because I had to ask for the window sticker. The technician was kind and provided it right away.

Amazing service from Steven who took my call and answered my questions on a late Sunday afternoon, to Jasmine the service representative who scheduled my service first thing Monday morning when they first opened, to Michael the service technician who quickly inspected my vehicle and diagnosed and made the necessary repairs. I was in the middle of a cross country trip and pressed for time and they could have taken advantage of my situation by up charging me and recommending repairs I did not need. But they did not (it turned out to be a very minor repair and I expected something much more costly) they were extremely courteous, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Within an hour or so I was back on the road. Thank you Steven, Jasmine and Michael.

We were driving from Pennsylvania to Texas and this Pep Boys was the only place that had the tires we needed for our old car. Steven really came in and hooked us up. Highly recommend this place. Fair pricing, and very polite and knowledgeable.

Booked an appointment for a FREE engine check light diagnostic test just like the website says, but was told by the advisor lady up front that no one was there to do a diagnostic test and that it costs $120. I told her the website says it’s free and she said that’s not true but I was able to pull it up and it says free. Will never return to pepboys.

Misdiagnosed my vehicle serval times and tried to overcharge me after I received the total cost of the repairs until I threatened to contact the company corporate,and also took over three months to return my vehicle in which cost me more money with having to rent vehicles and after I got my vehicle back I have a new problem that I didn't have originally

I had my brakes replaced here. Not only did my brakes start squeaking AFTER they were fixed, they are now grinding. This location refused to correct the repair they did on my car.

I really don't even feel they deserve a star at all but had to give 1 just leave a comment. So customer service was horrible had to go out and get all the information for a tire for them but they did it for other customers that came in after me. Waited almost 3 hours for 1 tire.And a week later took my car to my personal technician and found out that when Pep Boys changed my tire they stripped a lug nut. So then I had to trust them to break it off and replace the stud and believe that they actually did the work right. Never again. Big Mistake using this place. Horrible Horrible shop.

Omg. I went in Pep Boys today. My (salesman) Mckenzie and my (Tire Tech) Will. Gave me faith again with customer service and humanity. They answered all my thousand questions, worked with me to get my truck back on the road. Stayed late. Did not rush me. Nor did they try to con me cause I was a woman like everyone else does. That does not know I'm a mechanic. Thanks guys.

Was having trouble diagnosing my issue at first but the mechanic came through and saved the day and me almost $1000. McKenzie and the lady at the desk were super nice and down to earth. Totally worth a visit when you need help. Their mechanic is the best in Memphis!

These technicians at this are the greatrst. Corperate need to appreciate them. Are at least tell them let know how great they are to customers. They took the best care of me. They deserve a steak for lunch corporate. I will be back from here on out for service from these guys as long as they same guys are there. Addres on Pleasant view, meemphis. Tn

Let me start out by saying great service mazing job with my tire, the only problem was the way one employee acted, Lakisha the female working was really rude yelling at coworkers and her boss it was super unprofessional and super uncomfortable some one needs to look in to this. Super disgusted with the way that employee acted
