Great service. Knowledgeable mechanics. Friendly environment. This is my second time taking my vehicle to be serviced by them. I got an oil change, and I bought new windshield wipers at a reasonable price. Great job.

Highly recommend! Gerald managing this location was phenomenal. Helped my wife get new tires before they closed and with my car’s splash guard while we waited. He also talked with my three year old about the work they were doing. Timely and talked through our best options.

I stopped by my local Pep Boys today for a much needed oil change. I was greeted with a smile. The lobby was clean and cool. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The restrooms were clean and actually had: soap, paper, paper towels and an air freshener. I was very pleased.

Chuck and his TEAM were awesome. Got in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. We were traveling and stopped there to get a nail out of the tire.

Went to Pep boys today , the guy tells me “ you don’t have any oil in your truck at ALL”. I take it to where I normally go take 5, tell the man when I get there what this man at Pep boys tells me . He checks my oil lets me look at the stick myself and say ,” you are still at SAFE LEVEL”. So I’m like so They lied to me . Pep boys was just trying to either get a sale to charge me more for what I came there to Do . Or either I’m A woman and they thought I wasn’t going To Get a second opinion. Y’all Are dead wrong for that .

I feel like they messed up my sister AC blower due to her coming there for (ONLY ONE THING) which she originally came up there for a oil change her ac blower was working perfectly on high any setting and out of the blue Her AC blower stopped working now the only real heat she gets is only from the seat warmers. I don’t understand why companies do this to women and knows most women don’t know enough about cars. Everything is just for the money of course and what’s even more upsetting is this is her very first car and money is extremely tight during these times.

Arrived late on New Years day and they were able to take care of a full tire and battery change and even gave me a discount for all the work I had done at once. They were so nice and I felt taken care of. Ive been going to PepBoys for years and I have not been disappointed 😁

I was very pleased with the service I received at Pep Boys on Mt. Moriah. My tire was repaired quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
