These guys changed staff a few years ago and are now the most incompetent team in the valley. Front desk is rude and will scream at you for asking questions. stay away not worth your money. Everything takes days because they have no staff. They hate working there as well. Lol, last time they both asked me were i work and if we were hiring...

Had a small air leak at the valve stem and brought the car in on a Friday afternoon and after I paid $26 for an O ring, the tire is going flat faster than before they touched it! And they don't have the time to fix it the next day after they didn't do the work right in the first place...? Not going back here again.

I took my kia sorento here because it would not turn on sometimes, and they told me it was a software issue and they said to take it to Kia dealership, they charged me $150 for just a diagnostic fee, they said it was the starter, not software, decided to take it to another pep boys on main st, in mesa, they helped me more then the guys on this location 🤦🏻‍♀️

Pep Boys at the Guadalupe & Baseline location was nothing short of amazing. Speedy, professional, and excellent service was received. Top notch communication was given by manager Ray R. I will definitely be a returning customer & referring family and friends.

First thing in the morning I realized that the cover under my car was dragging on the ground. I know that Pep Boys opened at 8am but I still called at 7:30. They answered and said to bring in my car. I was so grateful! They had a jam packed day and STILL got my car fixed. THEN....The next day when I am supposed to leave for a road trip I discover a screw in my tire. I drove right over to Pep Boys again and they were able to squeeze me in even though they were booked solid. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for their help to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive as well as the way they handled my situation(s). Seriously amazing customer service! They are awesome! Thank you again!!!

My tire has had a slow leak this past week. They’ve gotten out to help me quickly, and recommended I get it fixed. They were able to get me in right anway and fix in under 30 minutes!! Specifically, Brock is very helpful and kind. They rock, and I’ll go back for sure!

I love Pep Boys! I have been there several times with a few of our vehicles and each time they are so kind, friendly, and helpful! Ray and team are amazing and I would recommend their services to anyone. Especially for all the flat tires out in Eastmark with all the nails from the construction.

They were fast, complete and even told me my battery was dying, which was a life saver for me as my battery is hard to find. They gave me the time to find it instead of finding a dead battery one day when I get in the car to go to work. Love these guys.

These guys came in clutch for me. My valve stem started leaking out of nowhere while I was working. Popped in without an appointment or anything and they fixed it on the spot in like ten minutes. They seemed swamped but took care of me anyway

I've been a loyal Pep Boys customer since I bought my car a couple of years ago, but my first experience at this location has left me disappointed. I scheduled an oil change appointment online, but on the day of, I received a call saying they were overbooked. I didn't mind rescheduling for the next day, but when I arrived, Ray at the front desk informed me he didn't think he could fit me in. What is the point of an appointment when you’re treated like an inconvenience? While this wasn’t my first time with pep boys it definitely is my last.

These guys are the BEST OF THE BEST at the 9249 E. Guadalupe Rd. in Mesa location! I had a tire on my car I thought just needed air. When I pulled up (at closing time) I was desperate for help because my tire went completely flat. The service guy was eager to help me even though it was 108 degrees outside and he was sweating. The Manager came outside also and then assured me they would assist me in any way possible. He allowed me to purchase a new tire fully and quickly installed...even though the store was closed for the day! NOW THAT'S EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE! Thank you Pep Boys!
