This place was amazing. We were headed to a kayak trip and got a flat tire. They serviced us as soon as we walked in door and had us on our way in no time to make our reservation.

This is the only Pep Boys in our area that has an alignment rack for a 1 ton diesel SRW truck. We were able to get an appointment quickly. After the alignment was done, the technician took it for a test drive and felt it wasn't quite right, put it back on the rack and fine-tuned it. Test drove it again and was satisfied with the results. So was I on our drive home. I recommend this Pep Boys for your alignment needs.

Definitely recommend. Originally my car was there for suspension issues. Kept me informed and worked with me as much as possible. Then just had an issue with my headlights and everyone was helpful in getting the "scratch your head" issue resolved. Car is fixed and I have working headlights. Thanks to all the staff at Pep Boys!!

I took my truck in to have a simple thermostat replacement done, and it turned into a nightmare. They kept my vehicle for 19 days, with constant promises that it would be ready—‘it’ll be done Tuesday,’ they’d say—only for Tuesday to come and go with no update. Every time we called for information, we’d get another excuse, like ‘we haven’t ordered parts yet.’ This lack of communication forced us to chase them down for any updates. When we finally got the truck back, it barely lasted a day before even worse issues started, and now it’s struggling to run at all, nearly stalling multiple times on the road. We’re done with this place and are moving on to a different repair shop. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here to anyone.

Been coming here since advanced auto for oil changes. Like that they do a very thorough inspecting of the vehicles. Staff is always nice and take care of customers.

Monte and his team are unbelievable! Every time we come in with a problem (car crisis) nothing ever rattles them. They go the extra mile looking for the best price, searching for parts for out "elderly" AudiA4 and HondaS2000. There's never any hidden upcharges and we're always kept updated with calls several times a day. We'll never go anywhere else!
