I cannot say enough great things about my recent experience at Pep Boys. I initially purchased four tires, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the tires I ordered did not arrive. Instead of making excuses, the team went above and beyond by providing me with even better tires at no extra cost. Their genuine kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a shining example of exceptional customer service. The manager and technicians were nothing short of heaven-sent. They treated me with respect and care, restoring my faith in what customer service should truly be. It’s rare to find a business that prioritizes people over profits, but Pep Boys exceeded all expectations. I the service was great they were on point the price was very good, I had two coupons( one for barkes & one for Oil change) that I used, I recomenmed to make appointment like this you lnow you have your spot at your appointment time. they were pretty fast for a saturday only waited 1 45 minutes. they ONLY thing they need to fix is the waiting area is very grimy and looks very dirty, the windows facing the work area look like they never been cleaned since they open the place. they can do a bit better on that part. but besides that service was great.

Excellent customer service and they are super fast. This was my first time getting an oil change here. I usually take my car to dealer but it was getting too expensive. My appt was at 8 and I arrived early at 7. They took my car right on and finished under 30 mins. They also had a $20 coupon online so the oil change was very affordable.

Terrible service. Scheduled a 9am appointment for a simple oil change. I finally went back at 12 noon to check on the status of my car. They had no idea, couldn't find my keys and then had nerve to say I was next.

Clifford and Anubis were the exact opposite of helpful. Everyone seems lazy in this establishment. I can see why they’re going out of business, they just don’t care. Ended up leaving WITH the tire because they were taking too long and our appointment was for 9 am. How far behind can you be at 9 AM?!?! Don’t waste your time and go here, listen to the reviews.

I had a disappointing experience at Pep Boys. I had an appointment. Came in for a simple tire plug repair, and the service was extremely unprofessional. When I explained that I needed a plug, the worker insisted that I show him exactly where the hole was. I pointed out the general area, which was clearly over an inch away from the sidewall. Still, he quickly dismissed it, saying it was too close to the sidewall. Despite my explanation, he refused to jack up the car to inspect the tire thoroughly and find the exact location of the hole. It seemed like he was more interested in sending me on my way than actually helping. If you’re looking for thorough or attentive service, I’d look elsewhere.

Mr Ortiz and crew were great as always Jeff is an outstanding mechanic. He explained everything to us in simple terms. Mr. Clifford is the best service advisor. They are great with discounts. Needed a new oil light circuit. Threw in the synthetic oil change and cooling system check. Dad's jeep is 17 years old. With Pep boys at Broad Channel I know we will have it another 17 years.

2 horas esperando en sala y todavía no ingresaron el vehículo, ingresan el vehículo y me dicen que en 2 o 3 horas estará listo, de 270 la cuenta subió a 1700 a todo esto les digo que está bien, desarman el vehículo y me dicen que no tienen la pieza. Llamo al dealer para comprar la pieza yo y me dicen que como ellos no la están comprando no me pueden hacer el trabajo. Son unos incompetentes, si tenés un taller y no sabes lo que estás haciendo.

Best experience I have ever had! I just needed to get an oil change and I had stopped in 3 “main stream well known” businesses that do that kind of service and it’s always the same: you'll be waiting 2-3 hours at least or spend half a day just to get the oil changed. Not here at Pep Boys! What a pleasant surprise as they took me in right away ( and yes they were busy!) and told me since I didn’t have an appointment it might be an 1 1/2 hour wait. Very friendly and helpful staff, a big plus! My car was taken in 20 minute’s later!! What??? Really?? Yes! I was in and out in 45 minutes. Unheard of!! Unfreakingbelievable!! And yes that is a word. Outstanding service to the guys at Pep Boys at Cutler Bay! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Highly recommend!

Great service and cost as always. Very accommodating as well to customers needs. I don’t use Penzoil in my SS. They suggested to by my Mobile one oil and filter. They changed out and charged me labor. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Great customer service like I said as always.

Walked into pepboys for only two tires but, came out with four instead with Installation and alignment. The gentleman by the name of Cliff at the front desk provided me great customer service and with his knowledge and expertise, I purchased four tires instead of two. I was very satisfied with the selection Clifford has recommended me and the great work the mechanics did to my vehicle. The wait time for me was an hour which is not bad at all. Definitely coming back to this location in Cutler Bay.

This place is absolute trash… I ordered tires and made and appointment online. Arrived and all they would tell me after waiting 30 minutes is that the tire is not at the store. Their suggestion was to try again tomorrow. No tracking just his word that it “might” arrive tomorrow. Refused to call a manager or even attempt to solve the issue. They will sell your products and make appointments that they don’t have and can’t honor.

Unfortunately it is a waste of time and money with the promotions they offer for changing the brakes because the advertising is misleading since they do not have the machine to grind the discs and that service is included in the promotion but the machine that does that is damaged, I asked which other location I could go to but they informed me that in all the locations in Miami the machines are damaged and that I had to pay to have them rectified somewhere else, which seems very dishonest to me, it is a lie that it will cost you $50 dollars less, you end up paying more...
