I got great honest service and when they couldn’t resolve it they didn’t charge me for the work. My husband is critically ill and this helped me so much. Everyone should go to Pep Boys at Memorial and Penn.

I dropped off my car on Saturday. They called me and asked if they could keep it overnight. I have had NO communication at all today. I have been trying to call all day and no one has answered. I Came to the store before they closed at 5 and no one is here! I need my car!!!!!

The service advisor told me he was not aware of my appointment and told me that there was 30 min wait time. I told that was ok. I walked out of store with my kids to visit chucky cheese which was next store. The advisor called me and told that the service was completed. After that call, we left from chucky cheese and walked to store, but the store was locked and closed. That was a big inconvenience for us, because we left without our vehicle.

The staff is so so nice. They treated me like they'd known me forever. Answered my questions and explained things to me so I , not knowing anything about cars, could understand. Would highly recommend this place for repairs etcetera.

2 to 3 hrs quoted for an oil change? Why isn't there 1 person specifically doing oil changes? 2 to 3 hours to pull a plug and filter and cap off the oil. Management is losing a lot of money. I'm sure I'm not the only lead this store has sent down the road today.

Always great service. It's the best tire shop in the city. The guys here are professional, friendly and their prices are great unlike some of their local competitors who know nothing about customer service.

Had a 1:00 appointment for transmission fluid. Arrived at 1:00. Was told they had to inspect the transmission before they could do anything. Ok, that's fine. Helped a girl that came in after me with a bad battery. Told another girl that her brakes were fine even though she insisted that they were squealing. They were pretty condescending to her. At 3:00 I asked the guy what time it was, "3:00" and what time was my appointment? "Oh, I don't know," I told him it was at 1:00 and it was two hours later and my truck hadn't moved. All they had to do was move my truck and do their job. When I told him that they had lost my business, he sarcastically replied, "Well, that's unfortunate." IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY!!! There was only one vehicle in the bays and no one was doing anything. This place is a joke. They might look at your car if you are an attractive female, but they won't show you respect.

My opinion... Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This will be the last time i go here. Billed at $158/hr to replace an oil pan gasket, electric fans coming on even in 37 deg weather, AC compressor making noises and 2nd time looking at my brand new brakes squealing. Only thing fix/diagnosed was my oil pan gasket that was replace at $158/hr. Told my brakes squeal because they just do.. Their resolution to my brakes, to bring it back a 3rd time and have them look at it... What are you going to find this time? You already had my truck 2 times before for 2 days total of time with no answers. A 3rd will make no difference.
