Pepboys saved my families lives, driving home on 417, at the exit, the breaks became faulty, found Pepboys at 4:45 pm, the breaks were bad and needed complete service. Michael made sure the job was complete before closing, we waited, the breaks are perfect! Thank you!

Update to my last review. We went back to Pep Boys at Waterford Lakes to have the tires rotated last week. Clayton greeted us and took great care of everything. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. We are very lucky to have such a great company in the neighborhood. Another 5 stars for Pep Boys!!! Pep Boys at Waterford Lakes (Alafaya) is AMAZING!!! As we were about to go on a major highway at 6:30m, the tire light came on in the car. I looked up somewhere close and Pep Boys came up. They were open, but closing at 7pm. I called and Ritchie, the manager, said to come on over. He greeted us warmly and the two tire repair guys were very nice despite the late hour. Turned out our tire had a huge nail in it! They repaired it and we were very grateful. Great service, wonderful attitude, and an overall excellent experience! Thank you Pep Boys!!!

This place has some of the rudest people Richie and the other guy up front super rude to the drivers that are doing them a favor by driving 20 mi to deliver their orders they forget that we're doing them a favor when I got there Richie just blew me off All we're doing is just dropping off the order I should have to wait in line behind 20 customers just to hand you the order when they get bitter and old like that it's time to think about retiring

Went on Saturday, they told me that the wait time was very long, that was better to make an appointment. We made appointment for next day at 12. I arrived at 11:50am, the car was not moved to the bay til 12:50. Did not got car back till 1:50pm. Was told that they dis not had the filter until car was almost done changing oil.

While the service (I guess) was done okay, pricing was not properly discussed to me and brushed over and I had to pull funds out of nowhere to pay for something that could have been explained further. Felt scammy. Will not come back for services on the future.

I had a single tire on an SUV that had a bulge in the tread. They were able to get it changed quickly and the automated texts notified me of every step, and provided me with a link to a digital vehicle inspection. While I was in the waiting room, I could hear the conversations the manager was having with customers. He was professional and respectful.

Lewis did me right. However, on my second visit (01/05/25), there was a different guy who was terrible at customer service. I left to go just up the street to a more consistent competitor.

My first time at Pep Boys waterford was last year when I needed to patch my tire and they did it for free. Since then I've gotten my tires there twice and it's always been a quick and pleasant experience. Very grateful for their service.

Pep boys got me in and out super quickly and gave me a fantastic deal on a starter replacement when everywhere else charged quoted me at double the price. Pep boys at numerous locations have always done right by me in a timely manner!

They worked their you know what's off to get my caliper un-seized and off so it could be replaced. It was completely rusted and wouldn't budge. These guys were patient in their process and got it off. Well done guys!

10/10 amazing work here they offer great service and highly recommend here if you want to service your vehicle !!!! Very diligent as well Clayton was also very nice and an honest guy highly recommend David worked on my car as well and did a really good job !

I had been calling around all day looking for someone to repair my tire. I called and Clayton answered the phone he was very nice very helpful and told me hed get me taken care of. When I got to the store a couple hours later I met with a different rep who I didn't catch his name but he was very nice and helped me out I explained my situation and we talked a little bit and he was able to get my tire repaired and my tires rotated and I walked right up the door as a happy customer I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Will definitely go back for any future service needs

Amazing customer services. I called yesterday to get price on 2 new tires, Richie assistant me over the phone and got the tires ordered right away. Got a call around noon today to come in and i wasn't even there but maybe 30 minutes. No one tried to sale me anything extra or anything (like most places) Richie wasn't at the front desk when i came in but he made sure to greet me when he was available. Top notch service and very friendly gentleman! 1000000% recommend and plan to come here for any and all auto services! Thank you Richie and team.

Richie and the team at this Pep Boys were honest and helpful even when it didn’t help their bottom line. My car broke down next door and they helped get my on the road in minutes, armed with advice for what’s going on with my vehicle. Trustworthiness and kindness can be as important as skill when it comes to picking a mechanic and they managed all three! Thank you!
