10/10 amazing work here they offer great service and highly recommend here if you want to service your vehicle !!!! Very diligent as well Clayton was also very nice and an honest guy highly recommend David worked on my car as well and did a really good job !

I had been calling around all day looking for someone to repair my tire. I called and Clayton answered the phone he was very nice very helpful and told me hed get me taken care of. When I got to the store a couple hours later I met with a different rep who I didn't catch his name but he was very nice and helped me out I explained my situation and we talked a little bit and he was able to get my tire repaired and my tires rotated and I walked right up the door as a happy customer I definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Will definitely go back for any future service needs

What an amazing experience! Took my car in to get two new tires and an alignment. Andro helped me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really made me feel like he cared and went the extra mile to get me back on the road!!

Completely unacceptable price hike for a job that requires little skill, Pep Boys wanted to overcharge me almost double for parts and hundreds for labor. I bought my own parts from O'Reilly's down the street, and fixed it in the Pep Boy's parking lot. Good as new. Drove off and waved to the guys sitting in the garage bay with nothing to do, knowing I could pay myself that extra $400. Now I have to replace the fuses they blew and did not replace. Don't get suckered, do your homework first before going to these clowns.

Amazing customer services. I called yesterday to get price on 2 new tires, Richie assistant me over the phone and got the tires ordered right away. Got a call around noon today to come in and i wasn't even there but maybe 30 minutes. No one tried to sale me anything extra or anything (like most places) Richie wasn't at the front desk when i came in but he made sure to greet me when he was available. Top notch service and very friendly gentleman! 1000000% recommend and plan to come here for any and all auto services! Thank you Richie and team.

Real life saviors! Not only those guys fix my tires in record time, keeping it high quality, the front desk people are always so nice. You got a problem with a car? They will have an answer. Richie and the team at this Pep Boys were honest and helpful even when it didn’t help their bottom line. My car broke down next door and they helped get my on the road in minutes, armed with advice for what’s going on with my vehicle. Stopped in to get my tires rotated. Since I purchased the tires with pep boys, the rotation is free. Did not need any other services and was feed a line that the tires looked good. To come back when I need an oil change. I no longer service my car at pep boys. I found a more economical place with quicker turn around. The fact that he was not interested in servicing a car without turning a profit speaks for itself. The bays were empty so I'm sure the mechanics were in the back (which I did see one peak out) and was feed another line he did not have anyone to work on the car but would schedule an appointment. It was 10am. Long after they open... no mechanics is a down right blow off. Unprofessional who does not value their customer. Not a place I will be associated with anymore.

Best Pep place for quick service and if you have to wait it will be more than worth. Pep Boys has helped me out with multiple cars from 2013 Honda Civics to 2020 Nissan Altimas to now my 2021 Acura TLX. Always a welcome and warm friendly stuff. These guys over will get you back on the road as soon as they can!

Great service! Believe his name was Andrew? Either way, was told by my dealership that my brakes ‘critically’ needed to be replaced. Went to Pepboys since they have better prices and they advised me that my brakes were in good condition, and in fact didn’t need to be replaced at this time. Always reassuring when a business doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. Highly recommend!

NEVER USE THIS PLACE! Pep Boys DESTROYED my 2018 M5 engine. This place put the wrong oil in my car after I questioned them several times. I even told them that they used the wrong oil and they were dismissive. The oil they used DESTROYED my engine and even after an oil analysis and expert review they are refusing to take ownership. How is it even possible that a company can do this to someone and think it’s acceptable? I’ve been without a car for 6 months at this point.

This was the only place that would take me in on a Saturday to repair a tire puncture. I'm glad it was PepBoys. Quick service. 30 minutes total, I was back on the road. I've done business with Pep Boys many times before and I will return again soon to buy my tires from them. Two thumbs up
