Had a tire blow out on the turnpike hours away from our destination. The guys changed all 4 tires for a good deal and worked like a nascar pit crew to get us roadworthy again. So thankful for their help tonight!

I am so very impressed with the service received at Pep Boys this morning. My tire incurred a puncture, which was fixed by Jay. I commend him on his speedy efforts. Shout out to Jeffrey as well for his great customer service.

I waited over four hours to be served, even though I had an appointment scheduled. When I arrived, it took them more than two hours just to get my car on the lift. In total, I ended up waiting four hours. After the alignment was done, my car is still pulling to the right, meaning it’s not properly aligned.

This place was an absolute nightmare! Took my care here in Tuesday and didn't get it back until the following Tuesday. They said they couldn't fix it and had to take it somewhere else. They completely took everything apart and didn't put it back together and left it a mess. PLEASE do not go here. Lack of communication, skills, and customer service.

NEVER go here. It took me months to write a review because I just realized how much they over charged me. Autozone and Walmart will charge you a third of the price for a battery. It’s crazy expensive here and I’m upset that I even spent money here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Terrible service.. I had come in because pirelli tires sent me to this location as an authorized partner. My car got a bubble on the side wall and Pirelli offers a courtesy discount but the location has to call and work with them. It takes less than 2 min. Pirelli immediately picks up the one with option 2 and does not require any inconvenience. Discount Tire didn’t blink an eye with this request and as I said above it took the service advisor a couple min hung up the phone told me how much I get off the tires.. The gentleman at this location also mentioned he had spoke to me yesterday in a condescending way because it has nothing to do with the moment but thank you for pointing that out as if I’m stupid. He went on to say he has never done this before and to go to another location. If this is the level of problem that causes your associates to give up the owner should really question how much money they are letting walk out the door. Go to Discount Tires

Needed one tire patched up. Front desk staff kept me updated on everything. Able to watch car go in for repair. Entire process took an hour and was excellent price. Very pleased

AVOID I went into the LB Mcleod Pep Boys for rough handling for my Equinox. They said that they needed to order parts for the repair, and that they would be ready in 2 days Tuesday to Thursday. When I called to check on the status they put me on hold first for 30 minutes then for 45 minutes without answering my question. When I reached out said they needed special parts for my muffler assembly for an exhaust leak which ended up being close to $1400 on the Friday of the visit. The eta on the parts then moved to the next Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday all without a definite date which I could have service done. Transit and communication with the warehouse were the only reasons given for the delay. Attempts to contact the store went unanswered, with only the text service from the store stating the parts would arrive on Wed,Thursday,Fri with each day that passed. I had to take my car to another repair store, only to be shown and told that not only did I not have any issues besides surface rust on my assembly but also was made aware of an issue that PepBoys hadn't informed me about the severity of the problem. This experience caused me incredible amounts of stress due to the lack of communication from the store, not informing me as to further delays, and the unprofessional conduct of those working at this location. I would avoid this location and please trust reviews. Edit: On attempt to get refunded by this location the clerk, Jay, told me I'd have to wait a few days to be able to begin. I charged back on my card and am washing my hands of this situation.

Honestly horrible service. what I found out is they put the wrong tire size and broke my sensor. They are so irresponsible and let a pregnant women with a 5 years old toddler drive from Orlando to tampa with the wrong tire and charged me $140 for that… BRAVO 👏🏼 Rude employee. I only talked with front desk one and he wouldn’t care less. He looked like he would do anything to delay the process. I had flat tire, and I had no where to go because here. They fixed it but took 3 hour to do so and even though they could being busy, it was clear to me that he wouldn’t do nothing to speed the process or make it more efficient. Today like 2 weeks after the service the “new tire” was licking air, and I had to go back and figure out the problem. So now I’m 100% sure that they didn’t do a good job 👍🏼

Rushed to get there for my appointment time, waited two hours before they even brought my car back only to be told they couldn’t fix my tire and did not have any in stock. Employees were ok but I will not ever go back.

Usually pep boys is fantastic, but this one in particular has been really frustrating to work with. It took a month for them to replace a simple computer part and on top of that, still could not get it to run. They had to send it to the local dealership who got it running again, but the car is still in pieces because they brought it over in such a shape. Half the time the person answering is being dismissive and roundabout in answering my questions. When they sent my car to the dealership they said they would pay for additional charges to make up for the inconvenience. Currently, they are avoiding the dealers calls from what I understand speaking to the mechanic over there. They had me pay 3 grand up front for the part (understandable) but now im looking at 5 more grand to get it put back together. Again, my car has been in the shop for over a month now, and I havent been able to work because of it
