I got an excellent deal on Black Friday with a set of tires! I was in and out within a decent time, and that was even with a few people in front of me. And as far as customer service, Rod was exceptional and actually treated me like a person and not just someone to bring money into the business. I’d have to say he’s more friendly and personable than anyone I’ve interacted with at any auto maintenance shop! I’m very happy with my visit in every aspect and I will be returning when anything else is needed to be worked on with my car!

Had a bolt through my tire on Labor Day weekend. Drove in without calling and was taken in right away. They had me fixed and back on the road within 30 minutes from start to finish. Staff was super nice, accommodating, and friendly.

Thank you Julia for 5 Star service. Woke up to a flat tire. Made it to Pep Boys 3.5 miles away. Julia recommended new tire due to nail being close to tire wall. I opted to put on spare and return to location where I bought tires (road hazard purchased). Julia did not charge me for the service. THANK YOU JULIA 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a great time there. The front attendant person was great. The guys on the back did everything they could to get me out there on the road. They did not had a tool to remove a special wheel lock from the 2012 VW Tiguan but after me going to the dealership this guys were rockstars. Very happy customer here !!!

I left the truck at 7 am since they opened and I called all day and nobody called me back to ever give me a price until 5 pm and the price was way too expensive for the job.

Called to plan ahead. Was told Brake Pads took about an hour to install. Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, was told "Sorry for the inconvenience, but the person you spoke to is new and we have to order parts. I can update you on how long that will take, but that's the best we can do". I don't like to leave bad reviews, especially for Pep Boys, which has treated me well in the past, but this location needs to get it together. I understand a new employee can make a mistake, but I drove all the way to this location to be told they couldn't honor my appointment.

Had work done at this location on September 27th-28th 2024. The staff were professional and friendly especially with a last minute limited timeframe repair work. The front end staff were well humored and enjoyable to talk to. Plus they were extremely knowledgeable and informative with the part that needed to be replaced and helpful with their suggestions on which part offers which type of warranty.

I was told my warranty was expired when it was not Rodrick and Julia was very unprofessional giving false information, did not even apologize when I proved them wrong, to make matters worse I have to pay extra because the warranty parts was discontinued also for the installation, manager Michele told the charges was because my car is a Mercedes, formal complaint letter sent to CEO Scott Collette

I'd hate to work here. This place is disgusting and worn the hell out. Close up shop demolish the building and start over preferably in a better location. It was bad 20 years ago and swore I'd never return. Unfortunately my company has a corporate account and services there vehicles here. They need their head examined for using this establishment amongst other things. Do yourself a favor don't offer me some B.S apologies or send me some email with needing to contact corporate. Get off your hind end and start fixing the issues with the previous comments of this establishment. P.S Thanks for the 4 hour oil change after arriving on time for appointment.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Lol I Came to pep boys before the hurricane to patch a tire. Jonathan patched it up quickly and I was out in less than 30 minutes. So grateful for their help and time. Thank you guys again!

This PepBoys really came through for me quickly! Huge thanks to Rod for getting me in right away when I woke up to a completely flat tire. They were able to get me in right away and repair the tire in less than 30 mins. I called other shops around and they wouldn't have been able to get me in till late in the afternoon. We were on our way to Disney and needed it done right away. Highly recommend this location

I always have excellent service when I go Pep Boys for service and repairs. Most of my repairs have been simple. What impressed me the most is that they never try to add services that I really don’t need-honesty and integrity!!

Why does it take 4 hours to change the battery in a car? Please explain this. I also wanted to have my brakes serviced but they didn't. Thank God they didn't cuz they wanted to add $2,000.00 more for that and the rest of my day. Never going back to those shade tree mechanics

Came to this location for oil change. I was told that it was going to take about 30 minutes. It ended up taking them Almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I Do not recommend this location. Also customer waiting lounge was extremely dirty

My dealership down the road wouldn’t do a tire repair and I was too far from my local Pep Boys where my tires had originally been installed to drive there safely, so I pulled into this Pep Boys where I was assisted immediately. Both of the associates in the office were friendly, polite & very helpful. My vehicle was serviced quickly and I was extremely grateful to be safely back on the road in under 30 minutes.

Store was horrible. Had an appointment and still took almost 3 hours to check/air my tires. They did an inspection on my air filters and left them on my dashboard and under my hood when the vehicle was given back to me. My glove box was in the passenger side floorboard. Would definitely not trust this group with any serious repair.

Hands down the best location I’ve ever gone to ! If you need work done go here staff is extremely friendly and they really go above and beyond for their customers. I’m speechless God bless you all that took care of my vehicle

Joel was professional and very informative. The wait time that he gave was precise but still a bit lengthy (2 hrs). I guess that comes with the territory of the business. The overall area could be a bit cleaner as well especially outdoors but I appreciate the help from Carlos and Joel. Thank you Sirs! 👍🏾

Sketchy place…..Brought my truck in for a simple oil change. All of a sudden I have about $5,000 worth of work to do in my truck. Some were legit and others were just recommendations. One sketchy item was that they mentioned I had an oil leak which I’ve never had notice because my garage floor has been clean. The VERY SAME MORNING after they told me this, now I have a leak on my garage floor. A fresh leak too. Wasn’t that I hadn’t noticed it. I can’t prove they caused the damaged, so not going there again.

At Pep boys at Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, Florida, I went to check on my Climate Control error message ( AC was still working) I only asked for a diagnostic reading, they took my AC components apart and when they were done. My AC no longer worked. The estimate was so ridiculous in price that they must have thought I was completely stupid. On top of it they did a so called free vehicles inspection and recommended that I replace my shocks and struts which had been replaced in August. I’m sorry but that’s fraudulent practice.
