I was lied to when I got here my car broke down and it was blocking the driveway. I told them that I needed help getting the car into the bay. They told me that the jump box was stolen and I then called somebody to help me get a jump and when I got the car to start and took the jumper cables off the car cut off and I couldn't get the car into the bay. It wasn't until another car needed to be towed into the lot that they came out and jumped the car with a jump box that they said they didn't have and then they moved the car to a parking spot and told me that I needed to get a battery to bring it into the lot when I could have just drove the car into the shop with the jumper box connected to it. After bending $400 buying two batteries that they said that I needed, they found that the problem was the alternator and not the batteries and wanted me to pay an additional $1,486 for the alternator and service

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your service department, specifically involving Manager Jeff. On 11/20/2024, I brought my vehicle in for inspection, during which I was informed that my wiper blades had failed the inspection. The wiper blades were purchased on 07/11/2024, so I was understandably confused as to why they would fail so soon. I politely requested a second opinion from Jeff, only to be met with hostility and an intense argument. After an unnecessary amount of confrontation, Jeff eventually agreed to inspect the wiper blades himself. Upon inspection, he determined that a misclip on one of the wipers was the issue—an odd finding, especially considering the wipers were brand new and the other wiper was still intact. Throughout this ordeal, Jeff displayed a dismissive attitude and seemed unwilling to assist in a professional manner. Additionally, upon my arrival, he appeared upset because I did not have hard copies of my insurance and registration. However, as you may be aware, the DMV no longer provides hard copies of these documents, which made Jeff's reaction seem inappropriate. It is also confusing that there are signs in your office requesting hard copies of these documents while also providing an email address for submission. Furthermore, Jeff told me that I do not have to return to your service department and that I am free to take my vehicle elsewhere for service. As a long-time customer, I regret to inform you that I will be following his advice. I have always valued your services in the past, but after this experience, I can no longer justify giving my business to a company that treats its customers in such an unprofessional manner. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the behavior and attitude of your staff to prevent future incidents like this.

Carl and Jeff serviced my BMW with 4.new tires and provided excellent customer service, I am the happiest customer and will be back for sure...Vick who.put my tires on was extremely helpful, I could not find my tire lock he.help.me empty my trunk and we found it...What a wonderful day at.6200 Stenton Av Pep boys..much love and peace

Good morning. I was serviced at 6200 Stanton Ave Pep Boys this morning after my car being vandalized over night. I was welcomed with amazing associates at your location. From the young man over in service who checked on my tire size while the store wasn’t open. I didn’t catch his name. To the young lady at the service desk that showed me so much empathy and support. Come to find out she’s the assistant manger of the location. Paula was truly a blessing to me this morning. And they have a new customer in me.
