Had a flat tire. Needed a new on. The gentlemen at Pep Boys had me come in late afternoon and proceeded to replace my tire in a timely fashion.

Went to Pepboys on Ridge for a set of 4 new tires. Made an appointment for later afternoon and called to confirm the guy said they are backed up but it will be done today and if I bring it in earlier it would be best. So I take it in at 12pm. Get a call at 4pm saying they can’t do it today and that it was never promised and that they were short staff due to call outs. This was told by the apparent assistant manager “JERRY” whom I must say is very unprofessional. If he really is a assistant manager he will stay there cause I would not promote someone who does not have basic communication skills and chooses to argue with a customer versus just explaining professionally and maturely that they are short staffed. Instead he wants to go back and forth on saying it was never promised my tires would be done. When the last gentleman said it would. Hence why I made an appointment on your site. Wasted my time and a silly clown manager. Don’t waste your time here.

Any place that sells this much oil and does not accept used oil for recycling should be fined by the state. Ridiculous that they folks don’t accept used motor oil.

Everyone at Pep Boys on Ridge went out of their way to help me. My check engine light went on over the weekend and I needed to get my car diagnosed and fixed before the start of the work week. On a Sunday, everyone went out of their way to get the needed parts and to work diligently to help me get my car fixed and ready to use before Monday. I was so impressed and grateful. Great experience every time I come here...

This place sucks. Made an appointment for an oil change and battery replacement. Go in today (with my ride home) and they turn me away saying they ran out of synthetic oil? A simple call saying that would have been super helpful. Never going back!

Auto technicians were well spoken, knowledgeable and professional! My Technician (Phillip) was extremely thorough. He checked my air filter which I didn’t mention and changed it. Details and safety! That is the business ethic I like! Thank you!

Be careful here something might go missing and as one other review pointed out they test drive your car like they stole it. Generic response. Read the negative reviews and their response. They don't care. You are better off going somewhere else because I'm not kidding that someone took something that wasn't theirs and they drive your car like they are in 2 Fast 2 Furious test driving it to find "faults".

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I got 4 tires replaced plus alignment. Apparently, the tech forgot to reattach one of the wheels to the steering control arm. I had no idea I was putting my kids in danger — e.g., driving on highways at speed — until the problem got very bad. I explained the situation to the location by phone, and the manager was supposed to return my call. That was over a month ago. I plan to reach out to the corporate office as well as any regulators that may be interested in ensuring no one gets injured from Pep Boys’ negligence.

I have no complaints about the people or the service. But it took me four visits over one full week to get the job done. That was maddening considering that it was a simple A/C repair and recharge.

They do not know how to work the online appointment scheduling. If you are looking to come here don’t - Meineke is right down the road and has excellent service.

I have booked with this location 3x. The first was an oil/filter change and went just fine. I tried to book again for another oil/filter change two weeks ago and did so online just like last time. I booked it about a week or so in advance of when I wanted the appointment, chose an available time slot and received confirmation. The morning of my appointment they called and cancelled my appointment saying no one would be there that late to help me. Fine, got my oil changed elsewhere. During the time of scheduling my oil change elsewhere, my AC stopped working. The place that changed the oil suggested an AC recharge but I opted not to and would book an appointment at Pep Boys bc I like when I’d been there last time and the location is a little better for me. So I booked at Pep Boys for tomorrow. I booked it online 7 days ahead of the actual appointment I selected and once again it was an available appointment and I received a confirmation. Andddd then I got a call this morning cancelling again for the same reason - no one wants to work that late for an appointment like this. Remove it from the available time slots then! Or at the VERY least call me when I book it, don’t wait until the day of or the day prior when I can’t find another place that quickly to help me.

These guys are terrible. They don't do what they say they're going to do, they don't do it right. They don't care if they did it right or not. They charge you to fix their mistakes. I've been trying to get them to repair my tire for a week, I've paid them twice and I still don't have a tire. Just don't go there.

I had my car inspected at a dealership where they warned me my brake pads were going to need to be fixed, at around 2mm, and they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars. I decided to wait. One month later, I had Pep Boys check the brakes to get ready for an upcoming trip. They called me back because they were confused: the lowest on any of my brakes was a 5. Their honesty saved me hundreds.

This Pep boys in Andorra is great! I've had about half a dozen appointments here and every time, it takes less than 3 hours to get my car back. The staff is easy to talk to and will give advice when asked. It's better to call and schedule an appointment if you need one same day, rather than use their online service unless your booking a few weeks in advance. Only one time my appointment was bounced, but luckily I got an appt at another location. The waiting room is clean and quiet, and its a nice walk around, Andorra shopping center is right down the street.
