I let these great guys here do my synthetic high mile oil change rather than the dealer cuz they really go outta their way to make sure u are taken care of here instead of booting u out the door like the dealer. Robert even installed my rear tail light and I gratuitously thanked him with a tip and a hearty thanks. I even got a $20 off coupon for being in their club so that paid off. Will always continue to keep PEP BOYS as part of my truck maintenance family and number one above all others cuz they constantly show love for my vehicle, no matter what state I'm in, and I will most gladly reciprocate that by patronizing then any chance I get. Thx for the Greenway & 7th St location in my time here and a big time shout out to that team there for keeping me safely cruising for the last two years. KUDOS👍👌

I wouldn’t trust this location. I went in for a promo oil change for $79.99. I was notified that the drain plug was stripped and I would need a whole new oil pan and they quoted me $800! I took my car to another local mechanic who was able to find an oil pan for $150 but it wasn’t even necessary. They performed the oil change for $80 and replaced the drain plug for $5. I saved $700+ avoiding the scammers and this location. I believe they stripped the plug and tried to cover their asses. Wouldn’t recommend.

My new Pep Boys store! Took care of a tire with a nail at almost closing time a few months ago so needed new tires and I used them. In and out in 2 hours! The front desk was so polite and helpful too!

I went in without an appointment. These Guys care and are so very accomidating. I've usually driven up to get my tires air done, but they went above and beyond today to help me with another issue. I HIGHLY recommend them. They ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!

Kudos to Josh who worked with my daughter to have the alignment done at this location after being turned down by the Northern location and Peoria location. Two years ago I paid for a lifetime alignment for her Corolla at the Northern PepBoys and for the past year Jason has been denying her service claiming the machine was broken or her warranty is void because she got two new tires. Josh at this location was pleasant and nice to work with. Thank you. Also thanks to Chuck, the regional manager, who helped out.

Billy, who is the manager at this location was awesome. He took care of me right away. I didn’t have to wait for a long time to get my tires looked at and fixed with my brakes as well. All the guys that worked. There were very pleasant. I would recommend this location to everyone I know and that’s where I’ll continue getting my services done. Billy was really awesome. I really like this manager.

Be aware that although their website allows you to schedule a conventional oil change at this location, when you get there they tell you that they do not have conventional oil, only synthetic.

Went into PepBoys today cause my brakes where a bit squeaky, I was met with Bill which delivered Excellent Customer Service, they checked it out, they called me to let me know about the status of my vehicle and they returned it relatively quick!
