There are plenty of small businesses tire shops in the north hills area please visit one and forget pepboys exists. What a terrible experience buying tires there. I should have known better but they got me with the "sale". My tires wore out within 7000 miles and they didn't honor the 55000 mile warranty. The dot numbers on the tires didn't match the paperwork. How is that my fault? These tires are sold exclusively at pepboys.....I don't understand how they didn't check the paperwork when the vehicle was finished. I think they fudge the numbers on purpose just for this reason. I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone....in fact I will be discouraging people from goin there. Thanks for letting me vent!!

No stars for PEPBOYS - Customer Service and Management are awful. The told me they were too busy to take me at my 10am appointment, and it would be too long to wait. I called LOCKHART TIRE and they were able to fix my problem in 20 minutes. BYE pepboys!

Service was good and tire price was excellent It took 2.5 hrs to install 4 tires, which should be done in about half that time .

Came in with a nail in my tire and Mr John Gilmore took us right in, astonishing minutes we were done. Best service you could ask for! Will definitely be back to get my car worked on again!! very professional and very pleasant staff. Turned a bad Sunday into a great sunday!!

It's terrible, you are so unprofessional!!! I went there on time according to their appointment today! But their staff told me that their staff was on break and asked me to go tomorrow or Saturday! Why did you make an appointment for me when you were on break, which delayed my time and schedule

Second time i made an online appointment to have my car inspected to be turned away and told to "make a new appointment or leave it for the night". Not to mention the not being greeted and instant annoyance of me walking in. People make a damn appointment for a reason, how about have the decency to save people a trip and CALL to tell them you can't take them anymore, isn't that what you leave a phone number for? Ridiculous.

TIM. Jessica was filling in this week and I stopped to make an appointment. Was unable 2 get one until Monday. Between her and Jessie it took wd40 and a little help of the screw driver for the latch to loosen. I appreciate their kindness and concern. Now I can drive safely in my vehicle with the hood completely . Great workers!!! closed.

These guys are awesome, Mark and the whole team helped us out when we really needed it and fixed up our car on short notice. We would have had to cancel a 4 day trip if they hadn't helped us. Can't say enough good stuff about this location. Thanks guys!

For a big national brand, I was rather surprised to the level of individual care and helpful advice staff members have me. I would have expected forced up sales and suggestions if more expensive offerings, not easy DIY tips and coupons handed out. Quick, clean, and professional to boot.

I just want to let you know that Rheaha (Rhe) at the North Hills/Mcknight Rd Pep Boys in Pittsburgh, Pa is so helpful and extremely pleasant to speak too. It makes all the difference in the world with customer service when you have people like this. She needs to train people.

Worst experience i have ever had with a mechanic. Basically got yelled out on the phone and got told i needed something i didnt. Couldn't pay me to even dial their number again.

Dropped off Tesla model 3 for service. Team completed the service in the amount of time they told me. Customer service was excellent. Service done on vehicle was A1 the car drives like new. Literally landed from vacation, started driving my car and heard something being dragged under my car. Turns out it was my splash guard was damaged. I called around and no one answered. I decided to call this location and had the pleasure of talking to Mike! He told me he could take care of me around 3. I was in and out within about 20 minutes. They were very kind and knowledgeable and the waiting area was very clean! I appreciate them so much for all their help!

Assistant Manager Rhesha at the Mcknight Rd location went above and beyond today by taking my calls, following up, changing my oil and helping with checkout. She even showed me exactly how to redeem my coupon and earn a rebate! She was handling enough work for 3 teammates and was positive during each interaction. Rhesha is a great teammate to have! I called Pep Boys to look into a automatic hatch back closing issue and though my car issue was out of his hands (electrical /dealer issue) he took the time to explain to me what exactly was wrong with it and who I should contact to help solve it. I'd definitely come here for other problems with my car.

I unexpectedly lost my brakes and had to get towed to Pepboys. The staff there were great and very accommodating. They got me new brakes as quickly and cheaply as they could. Absolutely no complaints. I strongly recommend them if you are in North Hills and need a car repair.

I wouldn't use this shop as long as this rude arrogant advisor is there. Offered me overpriced part, when I disagreed, he ignored and gave me bad attitude. Guess what? I got the A/C Compressor and other issue fixed from less than half the price he wanted to get out of me within the next 48hrs at a different shop with no attitude.

Showed up via tow truck with shredded tire and no appointment the day after 4th of July. Mark took my keys & information and I went across the street for dinner. The tire was replaced in under an hour. GREAT, FRIENDLY SERVICE AND VERY REASONABLE PRICING.
