Eric was very helpful and took care of my issues after dealing with the shadyside pepboys and getting the run around and talked down to i will never go back there. I made an appt and had the problem fixed in about 3 hours. He was very polite and personable and honest. He listened to my concerns and assured me if i had any questions or problems to call or stop back at any time. I definitely felt taken care of and heard. This is the kind of service that makes people want to come back and makes people tell their friends and family to go to this place. I would definitely reccomend this location to anyone! Thank you so much for making a very stressful situation better!

I’ve been having a week of car troubles and finally was able to get them figured out at the Pepboys in Monroeville. Erik helped me and immediately got my car in for 4 new tires since my other option didn’t work out. He was very honest with the pricing and options and helped me get the best and safest tires on my car. Definitely would recommend him and coming to this location, they were great.

Incredible experience here! Erik helped me with my car, went in for what I thought was one issue turned into a bigger issue he showed me exactly what was happening and did as much as he could to help get me on a payment plan and the price lower where possible. 11/10 suggest this place to anyone!

Replaced tires, balanced and did an alignment. Prices were great and everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Also caught up on some 60,000 mile maintenance issues. Job well done.

Had a nail in the sidewall of my tire Sunday morning. Erik was very helpful locating a store that had the correct tire replacement, called to the store to make sure it was actually on site and that the other store had staff to replace it. Review would be 4 stars (as the Monroeville store didn't have the tire) except that the staff at both sites did such a fantastic job coordinating the work

My gf told me not to go to them. They quoted me for brake and rotor changes last week. Came back this week and the job is suddenly hundreds of dollars more. Couldn't get the rotors changed, just changed the pads. They say it's not under warranty and it will make noise, it's in bad shape.
